Home description

The house is perfectly located with uninterrupted views of the sea and is just yards from the rocky beach and a couple of minutes walk to the sandy beach. Trevone Bay provides a beautiful setting for a traditional Cornish family holiday.

The House has been let out as a holiday home for at least the last 30 years I have been going there as a child and am now bringing my own children every Summer and Easter. The house is situated right at the bottom of Trevone bay, minutes to both beaches one of only a handful of houses occupying such an enviable position.
The best features of the house is its location and glorious views from every room, if you have not been to Trevone before there is a fantastic rocky beach ideal for shrimps, crabs and for the first time ever we saw a lobster this year but he got away!

The house is arranged over three floors, on the ground floor there is the living room to the front with colour tv dvd and video player and seating for 7/8, the games room is next door taken up with the table tennis table and the washing machine in corner, the shower room is situated off this room (slightly dated but perfectly seviceable). The opposite end of the ground floor is taken up with the dining room kitchen and sun room, the dining room can seat 10 grown ups at a squeeze, the kitchen is ample with white units and a small larder. The sun room is a great feature of the house and can seat five to six with ease more if at a push.


The bedrooms are are on the upper floors with three double bedrooms on the first floor with one bedroom having a double bed and two with two singles all with wash hand basins wardrobes, duvets, pillows, blankets and electric radiators. There is one bathroom on this floor newly replaced last year (no shower). The top two floors has two double bedrooms one with three singles and one with two singles both with duvets, pillows, blankets and electric radiators. There is a small bathroom on this floor all with white units and again no shower.

Further details outdoors:
The garden to the front of the house is mainly used for parking and can take between 3 and 6 cars if you block the others in. The garden to the rear measures approx 40' x 30' and is mainly grass with a patio area in front of the sun room ideal for barbecues.
