Excellent all year round holiday lodge situated on a private 5 star resort just a short drive from the stunning and dramatic North Cornish coastline and the River Camel. The lodge benefits from free use of Spa facilities: heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, outdoor tennis, fishing, children's park, and golf (pitch and putt). Resort also boasts the amazing Flowrider, restaurant with Head Chef James Nathan MasterChef winner 2008, bar (inc. pool table, 2x X-Box 360s and Sky), spa treatments and kids club. A short 10 minute drive to Padstow or Wadebridge you will find a wide selection of shops, individual boutiques, restaurants, pubs and a cinema. Additional charges apply. Bedroom: 4 double bedrooms with super king beds which can be unzipped into singles, solid oak furniture, flat screen TV's (ex. bed 4). Master with ensuite. All linen provided is of the highest quality Egyptian cotton.
2 bedrooms located downstairs, 2 upstairs.

Bathroom: High spec Villeroy & Boch suites throughout.
Ground floor limestone wet room with large rain shower and large mirror with shaver point.
1st floor bathroom with large jacuzzi bath, separate shower, large mirror with shaver point. En-suite shower room.

Kitchen: White gloss units and granite work surfaces. Gas hob with wok burner, electric oven & grill. American fridge freezer with ice machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, large solid oak table with leather chairs, seating 8. All crockery provided.

Utility Room: Washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, airer, iron, ironing board, broom, dustpan & brush.

Living Rooms: 1st floor living room with sliding glass doors to balcony overlooking lake and woodland. Valuted ceiling with 42 inch flat screen tele, SKY, DVD, CD player with IPOD docking station. 2x 3 seater sofas, 2x Ottomans, coffee table and small writing desk.

Other: Kitchen diner, 2 seater sofa, 2 sofa chairs, coffee table, 32 inch flat screen tele with SKY.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service: All towels and bedlinen provided (please use own towels for beach/pool). Two towelling bathrobes provided in master bedroom. The lodge will be cleaned at the end of each stay which is included in the rental. Maid service available at extra cost.

Conditions

Changeover can be flexible. Arrival time is 4pm and departure time is 10am. Note - we may be flexible on times dependent on whether lodge is booked pre and post your stay.

Maximum number of guests including children but not including babies is 8 persons. Full baby package provided: cot; stair gates (top and bottom of stairs); high-chair; baby bath and steriliser. There is parking for 4 cars to the front of the lodge.

Downstairs Wet Room

The West Country / Cornwall region

10 - 15 minute drive to numerous superb beaches. Our favourite 2 beaches are Harlyn Bay and Mawgan Porth both have spectacular rocks and gentle rock pools for young children. Excellent surfing at all times of year. If you find a better beach then please let us know.

On site golf (pitch & putt) course. 13 golf courses in a 5 - 12 mile radius. Source Yell.com. Trevose offers a championship golf course.

Tesco supermarkets in Wadebridge and Padstow (Wadebridge slightly bigger). Wadebridge Tesco are fimiliar with the resort and will deliver and unpack for your arrival!

Too many excellent restaurants to name: Jamie Olivers "Fifteen" in Newquay; Rick Stein's "Seafood Restaurant" in Padstow and Cornwall's first two Michellin star restaurant at the St. Enodoc Hotel in Rock are just a few for the discerning diner. Many other local pubs offer good home cooked food, not to mention the on resort Loop restaurant.

Gift shopping: good choice of excellent gift stores in Padstow plus some art shops. Greater choice of art galleries at famous St Ives plus the Tate St Ives

Banks: all in Padstow or Wadbridge

Karting (excellent track) at St. Eval, 5 miles away

Cornwall's Crealy Adventure Park, 3 miles away.

A great day out is to hire bicycles in Padstow (very easy) and ride along the Camel estuary to Wadebridge and further to Bodmin if you wish. Visit the Camel vineyard.

Fine cathedral in Truro.

For gardeners the Lanhydroc (close to Bodmin),The Eden Project, and the Lost Gardens of Helligan are recommended.

Rick Stein puts on cookery courses in Padstow. There are courses at the Eden Project in a wide variety of fields.

The golf professional at Trevose is very highly recommended.

Excellent music festival at St Endellion.

Sailing courses at Rock.

Surfing courses in Constantine, Harlyn and Newquay. And of course the amazing Flowrider on resort.

Deep sea fishing from Padstow and fishing (carp and pike) on resort.

Cycling and walking on the Camel Trail, which winds through some of Cornwall's most beautiful and little known countryside part of which has been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Rick Stein's Cookery School 8 miles away. Eden Project for plant lovers.
