Samphire is one of the best rental properties in Trevone. It is located in Trevone and it has a sea view from the glass floored balcony on the first floor. This property very popular with people seeking a luxury self catering holiday or celebrating a special occasion. Also very good for short breaks.
The open plan approach to the kitchen, dining room and sitting area works exceptionally well and this is complimented on the ground floor with a sun room area, utility and two bedrooms. Upstairs there is a master bedrooms with ensuite, two other bedrooms, family bathroom and a balcony with a sea view to the rocks of Trevone bay. Two of the bedrooms also have Juliet balconies.
Samhire is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Features & facilities include; Wi-fi, Wood Burner, iPOD dock music system, Nespresso coffee machine and much more.
The garden is enclosed making it great for kids and pets and there is an external shower for cleaning down after a day on the beach, barbeque and external table & chairs.
Within walking distance of less than 10 minutes, you can walk to Trevone Beach, Rocky Beach and the local surf shop and cafe

5 Gull Rock has been furnished to exceptionally high standards and the specification of property fittings is exceptional. One of the great features of this property is the ability to slide open all the bi-fold doors in the sitting room area which then makes the decked area an extension of the inside.
The luxurious bed linen is white and each guests has a hand towel, bath towel and beach towel.
The house easily sleeps 8 but it can sleep 11. The extra three beds are via a single sofa chair in bedroom 4 and there are two single beds that are integrated into two units in the study. We always recommend that talk to us if you have 9-11 people in the property so that we can talk it through with you.

The Padstow / Trevone area
Trevone is a beautiful and popular seaside village that is just 1.5 mile away from Padstow. The beach at Trevone is excellent and ideal for families with its quite sheltered position and sandy beach. Immediately next to Trevone beach is Rocky Beach which is where children like to go netting for small fish, crabs and anything else that ends up in the rock pools. When the tide goes out there is a natural swimming pool that is revealed which is great for everyone. For those that surf, just take a few minutes drive around to Harlyn Bay or a bit further to Constantine Bay where the surf is generally very good.
Trevone is on the coastal footpath network so you can turn left for an easy walk to Harlyn Bay or turn right for a longer walk to Padstow.
Padstow is a huge pull for visitors to Cornwall with its popular harbour, shopping and a whole load of places where you can eat. For fine dining you can go to Paul Ainsworth at No6 or pop around to any of the three Rick Steins restaurants. If you want to expand your visit to Padstow, why not catch the water taxi over to Rock and visit Rock beach, Daymer bay or catch a cab to Polzeath. If bike riding is your thing then why not hire a bike and cycle down the popular Camel Trail to Wadebridge or further up to Bodmin. This is very popular and they hire all sorts of bikes for all members of the family and pets!!
The local beaches within 10-15 minutes away include; Harlyn Bay, Booby's Bay, Constantine Bay, Treyarnon Bay, Porthcothan, Tregirls beach and Padstow beach.

You can drive very easily to Trevone, turning off at Exeter on the A30, follow this all the way down to Launceston, turn off for the A395, follow this until you get to a junction, turn left onto the A39. Follow this road to Wadebridge. Turn right at the roundabout for the A39 to Truro. Once you have driven past the Royal Cornwall showground, keep an eye out for a left - A389 to Padstow, follow this until you naturally come across a junction where you stop. Turn right and then take the B3276 road for a mile or so and you will see a left hand turning into Trevone. Turn left and Samphire is just down t he hill on your right.
