Dawn is a superb detached holiday house, which has recently been refurbished, surrounded by farmland, on the main road down to Trevone Bay. Within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to Padstow, this property has been completely redecorated to a high standard throughout.

The interior is beautifully furnished and well equipped and the first floor really makes the most of the coastal and country views with full length French windows with small railed balcony offering views to Trevone Bay and the blow hole. There are also a second set of French windows with a small railed balcony facing out over the countryside.

Dawn is an ideal holiday home for a family as there is a large lawned garden and ample parking.

A welcome hamper from Trevone Farm Shop is included for all bookings which includes a cream tea and wine.

Downstairs: Lounge with flat screen TV, kitchen/diner with flat screen TV, 2 double bedrooms (king size beds), 1 with en-suite shower room with double shower, WC and washbasin and 1 bunk bedroom (3ft beds) and a separate family bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs: Master double suite (king size) with en-suite double shower, WC and twin washbasins and a separate seating/lounge area with flat screen TV and wonderful views.

Outside: Large enclosed garden, terraces, outside shower (cold), garage and ample parking.

Linen and Towels:

Linen and towels will be provided, please bring your own beach towels.


Dogs to be kept downstairs.

Care must be taken with children with the French windows as there is just a guardrail and no balcony.
