Little Tregonna is a beautifully presented property situated just above the quaint hamlet of Little Petherick. The accommodation is ideal for larger parties the three ground floor bedrooms all have ensuite shower rooms and a further two bedrooms are located upstairs. The huge master bedroom (again, ensuite) includes a full size lounge area, providing a bolt hole if a break from the rest of your party is required! Little Petherick provides an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall, with a bus stop at the end of the drive you can even leave the car behind. The historic, working fishing port of Padstow with its many pubs, restaurants, galleries and shops is a short drive away, Trevone Bay is a 5 minute drive and several other spectacular sandy beaches are close by. In the other direction, straddling the Camel river lies Wadebridge, a small town which still boasts many independent shops. From Little Tregonna, a footpath takes you to Little Petherick Creek where you can pick up the Saint's Way (an ancient route from Padstow to Fowey on the South Coast) and the Camel Trail (18 miles of largely traffic free, virtually level,trail). On your return to Little Tregonna at the end of the day, you can relax in the rear garden which backs on to open farmland, the conservatory is warm and inviting at any time of the year, but if extra warmth is required the lounge with its log burner is the place to be. Nearby St Issey has two pubs and the Journeyman restaurant is also closeby.
