About the home

Strand House has one of the best views in Padstow, all rooms have fabulous views of the estuary and quayside . Situated right on Padstow Quay, the town's amenities are within easy walking distance. The House has been completely redeveloped, modernised and refurbished to a very high standard. There are 3 luxury en suite bedrooms comprising: 1 twin bedded room with large comfortable beds; 1 room with king size bed and beautiful inset Balcony with flowers in abundance; and 1 large bedroom on the ground floor with a super king size bed and stunning views of the harbour-side. The airy and spacious lounge is delightful, furnished with deliciously comfortable reclining chairs and settee. From the lounge there are private steps leading right down to the harbour-side and several of Padstow's best restaurants, wine bars and shops. Rick Stein's Restaurants are just a stones throw away, from Fish and Chips to gourmet dinners. Strand House is ideal for families, the children can reach the harbour in seconds for crabbing or fishing. For any elderly people who are not too mobile it is an ideal location to watch the world go by from the comfortable lounge or little Balcony. It is lovely for couples wishing to share a few days away together in luxury accommodation in a beautiful area. Dogs are welcome at Strand House and superb walks start just outside the front door.

There is a small balcony overlooking the Harbour on the ground floor, ideal for those wishing to stay at home and watch the world go by. There is also a Balcony on the 2nd floor with sun beds, table and chairs and of course the "view" There is no private parking at Strand House but there are 3 car parks very near by. The Council Car Park is only £30 a week. There is also parking in the side streets.

Further details

A £300 non returnable deposit is required when booking, plus a £200 cash damage deposit paid on arrival and returned once the house has been checked.

Take the Ferry to Rock and walk along the beautiful Coast Path to St Enodoc Church

Visit the Eden Project - just 45 mins away

Have Sailing, Wind surfing or Water sking lessons on the beautiful Camel Estuary
Hire a Bike and cycle the Camel Trail to Bodmin
