The pools are situated a minutes' walk from the property where you are able to sunbathe and take a dip in the water to cool down from the burning Portuguese sun.

The Algarve region
The Algarve can be visited all year round as it has plenty of sunshine, beaches, golf courses, national parks and reserves, typical Portuguese villages and the not so typical coastal resorts with plentiful bars and restaurants. It is the ideal location for families as the Algarvians welcome children wherever you go, so keeping them entertained during the holiday is easy! The Algarve has over 30 golf courses along its coastline including both 9 hole and 18 hole courses.
History surrounds you wherever you go and the locals are always happy to tell you all about the area and their memories. Getting out and exploring some of the beautiful villages and towns that Portugal has to offer is a must. There is the most westerly point in Europe - Cape St Vincent, the natural springs in the Monchique mountains and the Moorish red fort in Silves. Worth visiting are some of the town markets especially in Loule, which is situated within a splendid, recently renovated Moorish building. Lisbon is only 2.5 hours away by car for the those who want to go a bit further and Spain is an hour away.
Paderne / Monte Novo area
Paderne is a typically quaint Portuguese village that boasts traditional style. The restaurants, cafes and bars are typically Portuguese.
There are numerous walks around Paderne village and surrounding areas particulaly around the remains of a 12th Century Moorish castle that overlooks the village (Castelo de Paderne).
You are surrounded by beautiful green wooded areas yet you are only a 15 minute drive to your nearest beach. Olhos d'Agua is a quaint fishermans' village that comes alive throughout the summer season.
Albufeira is a 15 minute drive where most tourists are drawn to its 'Strip' of restaurants, cafes, tourist shops and clubs.

Welcome pack provided on arrival as well as welcome packs catered for babies and young children. Baby equipment can also be hired. Garden is shared with the whole condominium. Bonnie or Louise will be on hand to meet and greet you and answer any questions.
Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of £150 is required on arrival, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of rental fee due to secure booking. Balance payment due 4 weeks before start of rental period.
