About the home

In a quiet location in Ozankoy, this Villa offers premier accommodation for one or two families. The fully air-conditioned villa offers 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms with a 'sunken' open plan ground floor of kitchen, dining area & lounge, giving direct access to external dining terrace with traditional BBQ.

Perfectly located for local bars & restaurants that Ozankoy offers if you wish to dine locally, as well as village shops for fresh produce. Just 5 mins drive away from Bellapais, the backdrop of the intoxicating Five Finger mountains provides a magnificent view of an evening with sea views to the front!

The beaches of North Cyprus are among the cleanest & safest in the Med. Ave. water temperature between May-Oct is 25 degrees celsius. The fine beaches cater for all tastes; the sun worshipper, the beach comber, the active water sports enthusiasts will each be equally satisfied. SHAYNA Beach Club is 5 mins drive & Acapulco approx 10 min drive away, with zumes for the children & restaurants its one of the best the island offers!

With 100m2 of open terraces and 155m balconies, this villa is purposely built to take full advantage of the extraordinary views & glorious, long summers that Cyprus is famous for. Decorated to a high standard with modern equipment the villa offers Flat Screen, DVD, iPod Dock & touch sensor lamps.

Clean towels and bed linen weekly, mid let cleaning can be arranged if required.

We offer to provide a welcome pack for every booking & specific requests are a pleasure. This can vary slightly but generally consists of water, milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, 1 bottle of beer per adult, 1 bottle of wine, fruit juice etc

Ground Floor - An open plan ground floor offers excellent space which includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge (inc sofa bed). There are 3 patio doors leading directly to the rear of the property.
Also can be found bedroom 3 -Twin Bedroom with downstairs shower room (Power shower), hand basin & WC.

First floor - Master bedroom with dressing table & En-Suite facilities, closets and large terrace with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. Bedroom two has twin beds with built in wardrobes & views of the private infinity pool. Family bathroom with bath, power shower, hand basin & WC.

Baby furniture such as cot, high chair etc can also be arranged.

Further details outdoors:
Beautiful infinity pool including Sun loungers. An 8 seater marble Table for Dining Al Fresco on the open terrace with a large traditional Cypriot BBQ & patio area.

Gorgeous terrace leading from Master Bedroom and Hall way with breathtaking views of the Sea and mountains behind.

Front - The villa has a private driveway with gates with gardens to the front, back and both sides.

The Kyrenia region

Sierra Village is, situated in Upper Ozankoy, between Catalkoy and Ozankoy, east of Kyrenia. The villa is approx a 5 minute drive away from the atmospheric, historic Kyrenia harbour, which as a major tourist attraction is famed for its local hospitality, fresh fish restaurants and wonderfully friendly bars.

By night this is truly magical! As the sun sets, Kyrenia harbour becomes the focus of activity as the locals take their evening stroll and the restaurants that face the waters prepare for their memorable evenings. Crisp white linen and individually candle-lit tables are lovingly arranged to welcome the evening's guests to enjoy the Mediterranean food, whilst gentle strumming of music wafts out across the harbour, overlooking the rippling waters.

Kyrenia is an easy place to be any time of the day; exploring shops, markets and local cafés, strolling along the narrow cobbled alleys behind the harbour or stepping out along the promenade and sea wall.

The Ozankoy area

Sierra Village in Ozankoy is a truly beautiful base for enjoying peace and tranquility by the private infinity pool, or for walking or visiting the many ancient historic sites. Perfect location for family or friends that want to benefit from the independence, yet convenience of being close to everything!

This villa is perfectly located for all of the local bars and restaurants that Ozankoy offers if you wish to dine locally (10 min walk to nearest restaurant). Great for village shops for fresh produce. It has both sea and mountain views.

Five minutes north of the villa are the beautiful, sandy beaches of the Mediterranean & a great variety of bars & restaurants, which cater for every taste and budget. To the South, rise the impressive Five Finger (Besparmak) Mountains, creating an incomparably impressive backdrop to the villa where the picturesque village of Bellapais can be found just a 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants.

Ozankoy offers a local riding school, a farm and you will often see goats, sheep and cows grazing in the olive groves which the villa directly looks over! If you like, you can pick Olives from our tress in the gardens & take them to be pressed in the village & take back a bottle of your own Olive Oil! What a great gift too...

15 mins from the villa is the newly opened 18 hole international Korineum golf course.
8 mins from the villa is Acapulco, one of the best beaches on the island with plenty of entertainment for the children including flooms & water slides & turkish baths for the adults. Furthmore they provide great food and drinks selections.

Other close attractions include the 'fairytale' castles of St Hilarion and Buffavento with their panoramic views. Turtle (Alagadi) Beach, which is home to the nesting turtles between May and October or take a drive to the Karpaz peninsula, with its turquoise sea & deserted white sandy beaches.

3 airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) from the UK. Turkish Airlines fly all year round, daily from Heathrow & Manchester.

Cyprus Turkish airlines (CTA) fly from Gatwick, Heathrow, Stansted & Manchester. Transworld International (Onur Air) operates from Heathrow, Stanstead & Manchester.

There are also Charter Airlines such as Pegasus - we can provide numbers for a company who can arrange flights for you or you can look directly on their website.

Transfer time from Ercan Airport to the villa is approximately 20 minutes, and is free with booked car hire for one week plus - We can arrange this directly for your convenience. (Reliable, degree educated in England & fluent English speaking.)

More choice of flights are available to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus from additional UK airports with British Airways or most of the travel companies, such as Thomas Cook, Airtours, Easyjet etc.

Transfers from Larnaca across the border are approx. 80 mins and we can arrange this directly for you (There is no visa/entry charge to cross to North Cyprus.)

- Fly to Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus and book a taxi (approx £45) or hire car to Northern Cyprus.
