The villa is perfectly located close to Kyrenia (5 mins drive), numerous beautiful beaches and only 5 mins walk from the traditional village of Ozankoy with it's many restaurants. The property has a good sized mature garden and benefits from wonderful views of the sea, mountains and Bellapais Abbey.
The villa is tastefully furnished with spacious rooms, each with balcony, and equipped to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The villa has air-conditioning
in every room and has an open fireplace , so is suitable for both summer & winter lets. Satellite TV, DVD player, stereo system are supplied with a selection of DVDs & Cd's, for your use. Enjoy an evening BBQ on the terrace with views of the floodlit Abbey and stunning mountain range. It truly is a home from home but only minutes away from everything you need

The Kyrenia District

Turkish North Cyprus is one of the Mediterranean's forgotten corners. Over the past 15 years whilst other areas, including the most distant shores of Turkey, have seen considerable tourist development, this northern coast of Cyprus has remained virtually untouched by the package tour. The area has enormous charm, a dramatic coastline, mountain scenery with castle ruins, and a fascinating history.

Ozankoy area

The villa is ideally located to easily explore all the major attractions of the area. The picturesque village of Bellapais is only 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants, as is the historic town of Kyrenia with its tranquil harbour, castle and numerous restaurants/bars. You can explore the coast on one of the daily boat trips. There are also many beaches nearby, many with watersports.e.g. www.escapebeachclub.com. Only 15 mins from the villa is the newly opened 18 hole international Korineum golf course (www.korineumgolf.com). Horse-riding is available nearby (www.catalkoyridingclub.com) Other close attractions include the 'fairytale' castles of St Hilarion and Buffavento with their panoramic views. Turtle (Alagadi) Beach, 15 mins away is home to the nesting turtles between May and October. Take a drive to the Karpaz peninsula, with its turquoise sea & deserted white sandy beaches, stopping off at the Roman ruins of Salamis with its spectacular amphitheatre.

- Fly direct to Larnaca airport in South Cyprus via BA (www.britishairways.com), Monarch Airlines (www.flymonarch.com), Cyprus airways (www.cyprusairways.com), Thomas Cook etc. Transfer time to villa approx 1hr 20 mins. OR
- Fly to Ercan airport (touching down in Turkey) in North Cyprus via CTA (www.kthy.net) and Pegasus (www.pegasusairlines.com). Transfer time to villa approx 30 mins

Prices quoted are based on 2 people sharing. There is an additional supplement of £25 per person per week for more than 2 people. Supplements may apply during Bank Holiday periods. Please enquire for details. BOOKING: a deposit of 25% of the total rent is payable on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Receipt of the deposit will be acknowledged and the Booking confirmed. PAYMENTS: details will be advised on booking. REFUNDABLE BOND: this is £125 per booking against breakages or damage and is payable with the balance of your payment. It is returned to you one week after the end of your holiday. In the event of cancellation it is always refunded. CANCELLATION CHARGES: up to 8 weeks prior to occupancy: deposit; 57 to 29 days prior to occupancy: 60% of total; up to 28 days prior to occupancy: 100% of total. N.B. It is always advisable to take out insurance in the event of cancellation, property, accident or loss.
