Our villa is a semi -detached modern two storey villa on a small complex of just twelve properties with gardens and a large pool which are constantly maintained. Sun loungers, tables and chairs are provided around the pool for your use. Three balconies and a rear paved patio ensure a choice of sun or shade all day. The villa is overlooking the pool and has wonderful views to the mountains nearby and the sea.

The Kyrenia District
Plenty of walking in the mountains, bird watching, and swimming in the warm sea from the numerous sandy beaches. Visiting castles and ancient sites are some of the acitivies not to be missed. Bellapais Abbey is nearby and can be seen from our property. The Cypriot people are very friendly and will make you feel extremely welcome. Orange and lemons grow in the west of the island and this area is well worth a visit to see the agriculture.
Ozankoy area
Bellapais Abbey and St. Hilarion Castle only a few miles away and well worth a visit. Kyrenia harbour is one of the prettiest in the Med with a castle housing the shipwreck museum and plenty of restaurants to try. Day cruises are also available from the harbour. Restaurants local to Ozankoy are excellent and good value. The village of Ozankoy is about 1/2 mile away for those necessary provisions. There are now many modern well stocked supermarkets situated on the way to Girne. The local village shop has most items you require and is a 10 - 15 minute walk or a few minutes in the car.
How to get there
Scheduled flights with Cyprus Turkish Airways from Heathrow, Stansted, Glasgow, Manchester Cyprus Turkish Airlines fly from Stansted, & Manchester. Cyprus Air fly to Larnaca (in the south). Transfer to North Cyprus by taxi is approx. £40 each way. We can arrange car hire and transfers for you. Transfer from Ercan airport to villa is approx. £20 each way.
Further details indoors: Large upstairs bedroom with twin beds, en suite shower room, balcony overlooking the pool, fitted wardrobes, a full length mirror, dressing table/mirror and air conditioning . Downstairs bedroom has twin beds, dressing table/mirror, wardrobe, a shower room attached, patio and private paved garden with views to the mountains. American style kitchen and lounge with rattan three piece suite, coffee tables, book case etc. A folder with lots of local information and guide books are provided. A mobile 'phone is available for your use to book local restaurants. Top-up cards are cheap and can be bought in the local shop. Sony mini hifi with CD/cassette/tuner.
Further details outdoors: Both front and back patio's have table, chairs and parasols. Wonderful views of sea and mountains all around. The front garden is in the Mediteranean style with stones, pots roses and shrubs. Rear paved patio has a hedge either side, and a stone wall to the rear for privacy. A small gym with some basic equipment is situated in a room below the pool for use at your own risk.
Further details
Mini-safe for your valuables. Welcome pack of basic food provisions upon arrival. We arrange for you to be taken to the property upon arrival (approx. £30 from Ercan and £60 from Larnaca each way). Car hire arranged and delivered to the villa.
Conditions
£100 deposit required upon booking. £200 cheque required as indemnity against damage to the property (returned at end of your holiday). Any number of days can be booked (7 minimum). Long term lets are available during the winter months only (November to mid-March).
