Ozankoy village centre, a supermarket and several good restaurants and bars used by the locals, are a short walk. The beautiful port of Kyrenia and its many shops, bars and restaurants are a 5 minute drive away.

The Kyrenia District

Northern Cyprus is a newly discovered haven of tranquility, with its superb climate all year round and breathtaking mountain and sea views. Kyrenia has an ancient picturesque port overlooked by a medieval castle. The town is relatively underdeveloped but full of life with restaurants, shops and bars. It still retains a 'local' atmosphere; the Turkish Cypriots are legendary for their friendliness and charm


Ozankoy area

Olive Branch Villa is located a few minutes walk from the traditional Cypriot village of Ozankoy. Just two miles from Kyrenia, it has some small shops and restaurants popular with the locals. There is also a new supermarket a few minutes walk away.


How to get there

3 airlines fly to Northern Cyprus (Ercan airport) from the UK. Turkish airlines fly all year round., daily from Heathrow and Manchester. Cyprus Turkish airlines (CTA) fly from Heathrow and Stansted all year and Manchester and Gatwick during the summer. Transworld International (Onur Air) operates from Heathrow, Stanstead and Manchester. Transfer time from Ercan Airport to the villa is approximately 30 minutes, and is free if car hire for at least one week is booked through our recommended operator.
More choice of flights is available to Larnaca in Southern Cyprus from additional UK airports. Transfers from Larnaca across the border are approx. 90 mins and can be arranged through our property manager

- Fly to Larnaca Airport in Southern Cyprus and book a taxi transit or hire car to Northern Cyprus
