The villa is within easy reach of the villages Ozankoy and Catalkoy, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants and only a short drive from the main town of Kyrenia (Girne), where you will find the picturesque harbour, Castle and a further medley of Bars, Restaurants and Shops.
The villa is ideally located to easily explore all the major attractions of the area. The picturesque village of Bellapais is only 5 minutes drive away, with its magnificent Abbey & many restaurants, as is the historic town of Kyrenia. This picture perfect little town with its magnificent castle, mountain back drop, beautiful harbour filled with old wooden boats from past times and the chic candle lit pavement restaurants and bars, is an absolute treat not to be missed. Explore the coast on one of the daily boat trips or laze on one of the many beaches nearby, some with watersports. 15 mins from the villa is the newly opened 18 hole international Korineum golf course. Other close attractions include the 'fairytale' castles of St Hilarion and Buffavento with their panoramic views. Turtle (Alagadi) Beach, which is home to the nesting turtles between May and October or take a drive to the Karpaz peninsula, with its turquoise sea & deserted white sandy beaches.

The Kyrenia District
PLACES TO VISIT KYRENIA: Approx a 10 minute drive from the Villa, and has a 6,000 year long history. Kyrenia is the main port and major holiday resort in Northern Cyprus with one of the prettiest harbours in the Med. It is easy to explore its narrow cobbled alleys and chic pavement cafes and restaurants. ST HILARION:Just a few minutes drive away is the fairytale castle of St.Hilarion said to have been the original inspiration for the Walt Disneys 'Sleeping Beauty' castle. THE KARPAS: Well known for its Byzantine churches, and boasts some of the finest beaches and countryside. The karpas peninsula (pan handle) is the easternmost part of the island. BELLAPAIS: Holds one of the main attractions in the area the 'Bellapais Abbey'. Founded at the end of the 12 Century the village has narrow streets and local shops creating the feeling that you are still in old Cyprus. Laurence Durrells book 'Bitter Lemons' brought attention to the village life that is still obvious today.
Ozankoy area
Kuyu Manzara is in Upper Ozankoy, about 1km from the main village of Ozankoy. The village has several good restaurants and a good little shop, open all hours. There are also a couple of restaurants/bars withing walking distance of the villa. If you get tired of lazing by the pool, a short drive will take you to a local Waterpark or to one of the many beaches. If it's stunning countryside and views that you're looking for, then a drive along the ridge from St Hilarion Castle across to Lapta must not be missed.

(Hire Cars are not allowed across the border) Approx £40-50. Most CHARTER flight companies that fly to South Cyprus will have FLIGHTS ONLY available. eg FIRST CHOICE, THOMAS COOK, MONARCH. From outside the UK. Flights to ERCAN can be made via most of the Turkish Main Airports.

Further details indoors: KUYU MANZARA has been set out with comfort and relaxation in mind. There is a large family Kitchen/Diner, with all the mod cons to make your holiday effortless. Also on the ground floor is a spacious open plan Lounge/Diner with TV & DVD player, patio doors to the front balcony and another set to the back terrace.
As you ascend the marble staircase to the upper floor, the halfway landing leads into a modern spacious Twin bedded room, with duel aspect views towards the sea, five finger mountain and over the neighbouring Olive Grove. The room has plenty of wardrobe space, air conditioning and hairdryer. The staircase then follows up to the main landing where there are a further 2 bedrooms and also the Family bathroom.The second bedroom has a 5ft double bed, has duel aspect views towards the mountains and also over the neighbouring Olive Grove. This room also has plenty of wardrobe space, air conditioning and hairdryer. The final bedroom is the Master Suite, which is very large, light and airy. It boasts a dressing room with plenty of Wardrobe space and then leads into an en-suite bathroom. The room has patio doors that lead onto a large balcony where you can sit with a drink and watch some of the magnificent North Cyprus sunsets. This room also has air conditions and hairdryer plus safe.
Additional kitchen equipment: Toaster, Electric Kettle, Iron, Ironing Board, Hoover etc. We have tried to equip the Villa with as many things to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and in the hope that you do not have to carry as much as you thought! This includes books, games, CDs, DVDs, cool bag. There is a comprehensive guest information pack within the villa with maps/guides/eateries etc. We can also arrange to purchase items such as nappies on your behalf, to be here on your arrival, should you wish, saving you having to pack them. Just e-mail us with your special requests and we will do our utmost to oblige. There is a Cot - by prior arrangement.
Further details outdoors: Outside there is a large (5m x 10m) overflow swimming pool with plenty of seating and sunbeds for your relaxation. There are further terraces around the grounds and a BBQ for dining 'Al Fresco'.

Prices quoted are based on 4 people sharing. There is a supplement of £50 per week for each additional guest. BOOKING: a deposit of 25% of the total rent is required on booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Receipt of the deposit will be acknowledged and the booking confirmed. PAYMENTS: by Cheque or Postal Order. REFUNDABLE BOND: A deposit of £100 is required per booking against breakages. It will be refunded to you within 1 month of your return or on cancellation. CANCELLATION CHARGES: Up to 8 weeks prior to occupancy - the Deposit. 56 to 29 days prior to occupancy - 60% of Total. 28 days or less to occupancy - 100%. NB: It is always advisable to take out Holiday Insurance in the event of cancellation, property loss, accident or ill health.
