The villa benefits from its own private pool, patio area, beautifully spacious landscaped gardens and private parking. The first floor balcony creates an idyllic setting to enjoy the stunning mountain and partial sea views.
Set amongst 11 similar villas, the location is perfect for families and groups of friends that want the benefits of independence, yet the convenience of being near each other. Ozankoy village centre which features several good restaurants and bars used by the locals, are a short walk. There is a recently opened major supermarket just a few minutes walk away. The beautiful port of Kyrenia and its many shops, bars and restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive.
A welcome pack provided by our local management team includes tourist information as well as basic foods and beverages. Villa cleaned prior to your arrival. Bedlinen and bathroom towels inc. In some instances we can cater for specific requirements.

The Kyrenia District
Northern Cyprus is a newly discovered haven of tranquility, with its superb climate all year round and breathtaking mountain and sea views. Kyrenia has an ancient picturesque port overlooked by a medieval castle. The town is relatively underdeveloped but full of life with restaurants, shops and bars. It still retains a 'local' atmosphere; the Turkish Cypriots are legendary for their friendliness and charm
Ozankoy area
Villa Rosa is located a few minutes walk from the traditional Cypriot village of Ozankoy. Just two miles from Kyrenia, it has some small shops and restaurants popular with the locals. There is also a supermarket several minutes drive away.
How to get there
You can either fly to Ercan airport which is about 30 mins from the villa. Or to Larnaca airport in Southern Cyprus, which is approximately 1 1/2 hours from the villa.
We can arrange airport transfer from either airport, and car hire. We have established a relationship with a small family-run car hire company, which we've personally used for over 2 years, and have always found them to be very reliable and competitively priced.

Living & Dining Area: 2 x 3 seater sofas and 1 x armchair, Widescreen TV + DVD + Hi-Fi. satellite TV. Attractive fireplace. Large dining table with 8 chairs. All towels (including beach towels) and linen are included and changed once a week.
