Villa Zulfa has a private 10 x 5 metre overflow swimming pool and is located at the end of a quiet cul de sac of Olive trees in the village of Ozankoy a short stroll to Erol's Restaurant (the best in town) and a 5 minute drive up the Old Crusader route to the village of Bellapais with its famous abbey. There is ample parking in the driveway, a long patio around 3 sides on the ground floor and 3 separate balconies from each bedroom upstairs all with super views.
Dining and seating inside for 8 people. There are further tables on both the patio and the large pool terrace area with pool shower, BBQ and sun loungers. Ideal for al fresco dining and entertaining your friends and family. The large 4th bedroom, with three single beds, is located on the lower ground floor. The bedroom has its own private entrance and is air-conditioned.
There is also a further fold-up bed, stored in the villa, that may be used in either the master bedroom or in the 4th bedroom, as required, for children or occasional guests.

The Kyrenia District
Kyrenia and the surrounding area is a wonderful place to visit for a relaxing holiday in the Mediterranean as it used to be. We have over 300 days of sunshine a year.
The whole of the north part of Cyprus has a population of only about 220,000 people. Kyrenia has a narrow High Street and a beautiful horseshoe shaped harbour lined with open cafes and bars together with excellent restaurants serving delicious Turkish and international food. Cyprus has a long history and the culture of its people has been shaped over 8000 years. You'll find the local people warm, friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Ozankoy area
There are plenty of things to do and see for those who wish to drag themselves away from the pool. Places to visit include the 13th century Bellapais Abbey, the castles at St Hilarion, Kantara and Buffavento as well as the beautiful horseshoe shaped harbour and castle in Kyrenia that contains the remains of the oldest vessel ever found.
For the more active there is para-gliding, scuba diving, mountain trekking and cycling along the many footpaths and hills in the Besparmak mountains. Dip your toes in the water with one of the daily boat trips from the harbour. Play golf (www.korineumgolf.com) , go horse riding (www.catalkoyridingclub.com) or build a sandcastle on the beach.

Further details outdoors: Note that a suitable vehicle should be rented well in advance of your holiday start date. The final kilometre of the road to the villa is unpaved. Vehicles with low ground clearance may not be suitable.
Conditions
25% of the rental amount is due on booking with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
Bookings cancelled more than 8 weeks in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25%. Bookings cancelled later than that will not be refunded. In the event of cancellation the security bond is always refunded.
Please take out suitable insurance to cover you in the event of cancellation, loss, illness and aircraft delays.

The prices shown are per week for up to 6 people. Each additional person is charged £50 per week.
Please note that electricity useage will be charged at 20 pence per unit as per the meter reading. Please ensure you agree the electricity meter reading with our Managing Agent at the start and end of your stay. We strongly recommend you switch off all air conditioners when you are outside the villa in order to minimise the electricity cost.
Booking - Terms & Conditions
There is an electricity & security payment of £200 that will be refunded less electricity useage following a satisfactory inspection of the property by our Managing Agent. The balance will be returned within 10 days after the end of your stay. The value of any damages or losses will also be deducted from the security payment. In the event of cancellation, the security payment is always refunded.

We had a lovely family holiday at this villa, it was very hot and we spent a lot of time in the pool. The area is very quiet and we soon found our way around. Our grandson was happy in the pool and we BBQ’d and spent lovly evenings with a glass of wine and family games. There were 7 adults and a 2yr old, it was a restful and happy holiday. We had a wonderful time in Villa Zulfa, quiet and beautiful. Very well appointed and very spacious. We all loved it. We had several friends and family out there all in different places and villas. This one was by far the best. The agency were very helpful and sorted a few things out for us, nothing to do with the villa. Really pleased. Thanks again really memorable place and holiday
