About the home

This is a Family Home with a separate self contained Granny Flat with Bed Sitting Room, Kitchen and Bathroom with DISABLED access.

The MAIN HOUSE has many traditional features and books and other objects and pictures collected by the family over the years.

First Class Korinium Golf Club nearby, Good Bathing Beaches with Diving etc, Sea Cruises and Fishing Trips

The house is spacious and airy, with easy access to the garden and the swimming pool. There are spectacular views from all the bedrooms, all of which have sitting out balconies.

The property is entirely self contained and is not part of a housing estate or villa complex. There are good shops
in the village of Ozankoy itself, and also at Bellapais just above us.There are several good supermarkets nearby, and Kyrenia is only 10mins away by car.

The Kyrenia region

A beautiful unspoilt and very ancient harbour, surrounded by the Castle and interesting restaurants and taverns.Fascinating winding streets with individual shops of every kind.

Pirate Ships take visitors on regular trips along the coast, and scuba diving and parascending can be arranged there.

The Ozankoy area

The local Mosque is 14thCentury, and the Crusader Path takes visitors past wild flowers and meadows and flocks of sheep and goats up to Bellapais Abbey. There are also ancient olive groves and citrus groves, and many varieties of birds to spot on the way.

Ozankoy Flower Festival is in May, and there are high quality CONCERTS and other performances at Bellapais Abbey, and in Kyrenia.
