On the ground floor there are two large double bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, a well equipped kitchen and a day room with a dining table and lounge area. There is a tv. with freesat satalite in this room too. Two sets of French doors open out on to the garden. A decked area with outside seating provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the views. There is also a small conservatory.

The main living room is located on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular view. With windows on two elevations and a velux roof light the room is bright and airy and provides views that span from the nature reserve, past Oxwich Castle to the fields beyond. There are two sofas, a flat panel TV and DVD should you tire of the view! There is a further king sized bedroom on this floor, a children's room with bunk beds and a beautifully finished shower room.

All of the bedrooms are beautifully finished and provide ample storage for clothing.

Externally there is a private gated gravel driveway with room to park 3 cars, a lawned garden to the front and rear of the property and an outbuilding containing the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Central heating is provided by a modern calor gas combination boiler.

A stair gate is fitted to the top of the staircase.

Partial sea views. You can see the beach but in the summer the sea will be hidden by trees.

Pets are welcome at the property by prior arrangement for an additional charge of £25 per pet.

Oxwich

Oxwich is a small and very pretty village with a shop, hotel and a church right next to its glorious sandy beach. The Oxwich Bay Hotel has a restaurant which is open to the public and includes a beer garden and children's play area. Oxwich Bay is one of the more easily accessible beaches on Gower with a flat car park that leads straight onto the sand, making it popular with visitors with mobility issues.

"Excellent! Clean and tidy! Great view!"

I went with a group of friends to South Wales to spend our Easter weekend there. This is the first time we rented this cottage. There are 4 bedrooms, sleep 8 with 2 bathrooms and 2 living rooms. We had a great time staying at the cottage. The cottage was clean, tidy and cosy. In the morning, when we had breakfast in the living room, we saw sheeps and ponies walking around the neighbourhood, stunning!
