Just to say what a lovely time we had recently at the 'garden flat'. I don't know how to post a review so if you would like to make use of my following comments - please do. By the way please let future holiday makers be aware of the traffic rules in Oxford. We had a traffic ticket when we returned to Billlericay saying we entered a bus lane - we had no idea we were in the wrong!!!
The garden flat is very homely and comfortable. The bed is so comfy, and the bedroom is very spacious. I loved the kitchen - everything you could want was there. It is very clean and well decorated. It is in a very good location for visiting lots of interesting places. Red Kites were spotted nearby. Ann was very helpful and welcoming. 10/10.
Best wishes - Marion Burch.

"Perfect accomodation for two."
We stayed here for three days in August and were really posed with the flat. Everything needed for the stay was catered for and Ann was lovely. Even though the property links to the owners house they … More

Excellent accommodation in a quiet private driveway. Very convenient for buses to Oxford City centre. Good for visiting Blenheim Palace - buy Blenheim tickets on the bus, they are the cheapest around.

"Cosy, comforable flat near Oxford"
Nice flat, quiet location.
Very well equiped and nicely decorated.
A car is convenient but you don't need one if you only want to visit Oxford.
City bus just round the corner.

This delightful apartment is ideal to visit Oxford and live the city. Also, it's located in a quietly area, so you can rest after a whole tourism day.
Although you can need a car if you want to visit nearly towns, you won´t need it at all if you only plan to visit Oxford. There´s a bus stop close to the apartment, from where you can reach the city centre in 10 minutes on bus. We used both car and bus to go to city centre, and bus was better most of the times, and cheaper.
The central heating works great. It was essential the days during our stay because it was snowing most of the time and it was so cold outside.
Ann was so nicely and helpful making the time we were there even more comfortable. It`s a pity we were more for job purposes (the wifi was very helpful) than holydays, so we couldn`t use all the opportunities for tourism this apartment give you.

The appartement is in a very quite area. The centre of Oxford is only 10/12 minutes away. Although the area is connected with the public transport a car is recommended. The flat is perfectly equipped and very well decorated. You find everything in the kitchen (you really feel at your house) and the owners are very kind to help you.
We spent three fantastic days.

"An inviting flat that is a joy to come home to"
This is a really lovely little apartment.
Bright and airy, with a modern kitchen and in extremely good condition, we found it very comfortable for the six weeks we stayed on arrival to the UK. The bed is excellent, the area is quiet, and Anne was a most hospitable host, making sure everything needed was arranged. This is an annex and so room is limited - tall people will have trouble standing fully upright in the loungeroom - but this was not a problem for us. The location is a little out of the city but only a minute's walk to buses which will get you there in about 20 minutes. We did some good walks to the pretty village of Cumnor, and in the other direction to North Hinsksey. Internet access was brilliant.
Well worth the stay.
