A wonderful place for groups or families to escape from it all in the beautiful cotswold countryside. We had the most amazing few days and location wise it was excellent for an afternoon at Whitney Lakes resort and a shopping trip to Bicester. A fabulous wine tasting at the barn with Oxford Wine Company was the piece de resitance for what was a brilliant weekend. Thank you! |

We stayed at Snipe Barn for a weekend (Friday - Monday) prior to being able to continue our fortnight's family holiday in our first selection, Rose Barn, which was not available until Monday.... more |

This is the best barn among many that I have ever stayed in. If you want secluded countryside then the location is first class. Add to that the luxurious interior, which is well furnished with all the added extras you could possibly need. The courtyard is perfect - though perhaps a few sun loungers would be good for those sunny days. The property manager Pippa met and greeted us even though we were a bit late and even left a cake. And Fergus, the owner, couldn't have made our booking process easier. None of us wanted to leave and will definitely return |
Guestbook for Snipe Barn
“ What an amazing place! Utterly luxurious but cosy too with everything one could need for a relaxing weekend with friends. Perfect for long lunch/dinner sessions as well as sinking into the daybed sofas and watching DVDs on the giant flat screen TV. The bedrooms couldn't be more comfortable and top notch bathrooms too.
The cherry on the cake is the spectacular setting in a nature reserve with fabulous views from every window. I need an excuse to rebook! Thank you so much”.
