The property is set over floor floors and the accommodation comprises of: Ground floor large kitchen/dining room area with fully equipped kitchen. Second floor has spacious living area, first double bedroom and also family bathroom. Second floor has a further two double bedrooms and also a further family bathroom.

The house is environmentally friendly throughout with Solar photovoltaic panels to collect electricity, Solar thermal panels for water heating. Triple glazing throughout, high yield insulation over the whole of ground floor, all external walls and roofs. All rooms and circulation areas fully equipped with thermostatically controlled under floor heating.

Sir Winston Churchill was born in the Palace in 1874 and a permanent exhibition about him is located next to his birth room. He is buried in a simple grave in the nearby church at Bladon.

Surrounding the Palace are over 2000 acres of beautiful parkland, lakes, fountains and formal gardens including the Secret Garden, the Water Terraces, Rose Garden and Grand Cascade. A miniature train, a great favourite with all ages, connects the Palace to the Pleasure Gardens where a range of fun activities for children are located including the Marlborough Maze, the Butterfly House, the Lavender Garden, Adventure Playground and Blenheim Bygones exhibition.

Between 56 - 36 days notice - 50% deposit retained.

Less than 36 days notice - Full cost of the rental withheld.

If it is possible to re-let 50% of the re-let income will be refunded to the Client.
