This property has undergone a kitchen extension and modern refurbishment to provide all the modern comforts of home whilst staying in Oxford.
The house is a two floor two double bedroom property with a spacious living room, extended kitchen with dinning area as well as a utility room and large family garden.
It is situated only one block from Woodstock road with regular (every two minutes) bus services that provide a quick (<5mins) transport link the city centre, meaning this property is the perfect location for visiting Oxford.
Only a short two minute walk from the popular Jericho area with its wide range of shops, quality restaurants and pubs. A ten minute walk through Jericho is all that is required to reach the city centre by foot. An even shorter one minute walk away is the the expansive Port Meadown, providing a unique blend of countryside amidst the comforts of a beautiful city.

At the heart of it is the famous city, and the synonymous university of Oxford, with a multitude of places of interest and great attractions there are many reasons that Oxford is such a popular destination for so many visitors
Oxford is conveniently situated for easy access to The Cotswolds and towns such as Stratford upon and Avon and Warwick to the North. There are many walking and cycling routes amongst the traditional villages.
To the South and East you have very inexpensive train and bus routes to London, Windsor and Brighton. To the West you have easy access to the beautiful city of Bath.
The City of Dreaming Spires - Oxford is internationally famous for the University of Oxford. Oxford has much to offer visitors; the beautiful architecture of the Colleges, music events, art shows, theatres, museums, a wide range of shopping and many fantastic restaurants.
There are many activities to enjoy, including the traditional Oxford past-time of punting, enjoying the university park or the botanical gardens, cycling and site seeing. With available sports such as Golf, Tennis, Real Tennis and many others. Blenheim Palace and the market town of Woodstock are just 15 minutes bus ride or drive north.

I am sorry that you found the house to not be up to the standard we hope to ensure for all stays. We encourage all guests to bring any issues to our attention whilst staying at the property, only the TV issues were mentioned which were caused by a newly faulty free-view box, this has now been replaced. When visited to check on this issue no other concerns were mentioned.
New sets of glasses, dishware and cooking pots have been added to the property.
Arrival time was set to be later than when guests did arrive, flexible check-in times are offered but guests are informed that if arriving before 3:30pm then the cleaning team will still be performing the turn around from the previous stay.
Parking in Oxford is very restricted and free parking permits are provided for parking in Polstead road which is approximately 150m from the front door and is very safe and quiet.
We encourage all guests to bring any concerns to our attention during their stay and will endeavor to solve any issues that day or within 24 hours when a serviceman is required.

"Nice location but property needs some repairs and maintenance"

Thank you for your feedback. I apologise that some aspects of the property were not up to the standard we hope to offer on all stays. Unfortunately this stay occurred directly after a longer stay and many of the issues mentioned were a result of this. The tap developed a fault in this time and has now been replaced, the sink area has been repaired as well. We have restocked the property with new glasses, cups, plates, bowls, cutlery and pots and pans to add to those in good condition at the property. The walls have been retouched and smoothed where needed. We value all feedback and encourage all issues to be mentioned during your stay, we aim to address any the same day or within 24 hours when a serviceman may been required. The property is now up to the high standard we strive to offer and once again apologise that the timing of you stay caused some issues. "Perfect city rental"
