The Grade II Listed Cotswold Manor Hall is set within 70 acres of beautiful lawns and parkland. It has a stunning under-floor heated conservatory and dining room, a charming, historic sitting room with a cosy log burning stove, a large farmhouse kitchen and lots of quiet nooks to relax with a book.

The sitting room has a 40" LCD HD TV, most bedrooms have LCD TVs and complimentary broadband wireless internet access is available. There is a fantastic Spa and Hot Tub, an outdoor table and chairs and a Barbeque privately set on the exclusive patio and extensive, safely fenced and gated lawns.

Exclusive Privilege Guest status is available at the nearby Witney Lakes Resort allowing use of their facilities at discounted rates. These include, subject to pre-booking, the fabulous Retreat Spa which offers beauty, facial and body treatments and has an Indoor Heated Pool, hot-tub, gym, sauna, steam-room and fitness centre, and the Golf Club, which has an 18 hole, par 71 course.

Oxford and London are close by, a lovely Cotswold Pub and Restaurant is just a short walk away and Private Catering can easily be arranged with recommended caterers. The estate is an ideal setting for Family Holidays & Weekends, Celebrations Dinners, Hen and Stag Groups and Corporate Events.

The estate is superbly situated in the eastern Cotswolds, close to the fascinating University City of Oxford, the River Thames, Blenheim Palace and Burford.

The estate makes an ideal base for touring the wonderful historic heritage of central England yet is only 60 miles west of London and within 1 hours drive of London Heathrow Airport. The M40 motorway is close by and the M4 is also within easy reach.

There are numerous restaurants and beautiful country pubs in the area and plenty of opportunities for golf, fishing and walking.
