This is a beautifully presented studio apartment in a modern and stylish development along a quiet and atmospheric side street. The apartment has high quality wood flooring throughout and consists of a stylish and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, study/work area and sleeping area. The bathroom makes full use of the space available with stylish sliding doors to the living area.

The apartment is tucked away off a quiet side street with very little 'through' traffic. This is a residential area and although near the city centre, gives the visitor a sense of calm and security.

This short stay apartment in Oxford has excellent local amenities with many nearby small shops (including newsagent, chemist and small supermarket) and restaurants. The full facilities of the city centre are only 1.5 kms away. The beautiful green areas of South Park, Christ Church Meadows and Headington Park are nearby, and boat hire, including punt hire, is available at Magdalen Bridge five minutes' away, all features which make the apartment ideal as an Oxford holiday letting or for a corporate booking in Oxford. The Oxford-London bus stop is located just 2 minutes walk from the apartment

The apartment is on the second floor, accessed from a stairway with an entrance to the street. There are two, short stair cases leading up to the second floor.

It is stylishly furnished with contemporary furniture consisting of a two seat leather sofa, one seat leather chair and glass dining/coffee table.

There is a flat screen TV/DVD.

There are two large windows overlooking the quiet road beneath, allowing plenty of light into the apartment. The windows are double glazed and there is very little noise from outside.

The kitchen area is fully equipped for a self-catering stay with integral appliances including oven and hobs, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dryer and dishwasher. It is smartly decorated in white with plenty of cupboard space.

The sleeping area has a double bed and partially divided from the living area by a wall and benefits from built in wardrobes.

The bathroom is stylish with high quality appliances. The shower is spacious for a studio style apartment with good quality water supply.

Oxford is 65 kms from Heathrow Airport and 130 kms from Gatwick Airport, with a regular coach service to both.
You can also reach Oxford easily from Birmingham, Stansted and Luton Airports.

“Cosy apartment in a very convenient location” The apartment is well laid out and in a very convenient location for Crowley Road and the centre of town. The kitchen is large and very well-equipped. The rest of the apartment was comfortable and cosy.
