The bathroom is also upstairs and has bath and shower. Downstairs has living room and large modern kitchen with dining area and doors leading onto the pretty garden with outside table and chair. On street parking. Iffley fields is a sought after area with fantastic walks nearby next to the River Thames. There is also good public transport and cycle access to the City Centre.

Sir Winston Churchill was born in the Palace in 1874 and a permanent exhibition about him is located next to his birth room. He is buried in a simple grave in the nearby church at Bladon.
