The Central England/Cotswolds region

Needless to say, Oxfordshire is one of the most popular regions in England, not only the wonders of the city of Oxford itself, but the amazing cosmopolitan flavour and the endless cultural offer, makes a visit to OXfordshire an unforgettable memory.

Travelling outside Oxford there are other places worth mentioning like Banbury, Thames, Henley on Thames and the Costwolds.

Oxford

Hedington is one of the most popular areas of OXford due to its convenience: near the main artery to London, with the best connections to all public transport ( the Oxford Tube leaving from Headington shops every 12 minutes), will leave you in the centre of London in 90 minutes and the buses run 24 hours a day!.

Headington has a great variety of shops and amenities in London Road and it is, as well, in the crossroads to the main hospitals and universities, enjoying, at the same time, natural areas of great beauty as well as sports facilities (golf).

Other areas worth visiting as well are:

- Cowley Road: no need to travel! in Cowley road you will find more than 30 restaurants from different nationalities...quirkiness, variety, freedom, multiculturalism...the street itself is an espectacle! Cowley is, as well, the main centre of the music scene, where many international music names have been forged!

- Jericho: a great area with a great variety of eating establishments and the best cinema for alternative entertainment: the Phoenix.

- Summertown: walking alone Banbury Road you will find some of the most beautiful buildings in Oxford.
