Within only 900 meters you can find the infrastructure of a very small, lovely town such as restaurants, supermarket, post-office, butcher, bus station, railway station. To the Autobahn it is only 5 km, to Stuttgart 30 minutes by car.

The property is located in a region which is perfect for those who like walking, hiking and bicycling (special routes), climbing, playing golf and riding.

Highlights are different castles (Neuffen, Hohenzollern), museums (Porsche, Mercedes), famous caves. The property is ideal for excursions through the South of Germany especially the Region Stuttgart and the Swabian Alb. Easily you can reach the Lake of Konstanz, the Black Forest, the Alps and Munich.
It is also a romantic getaway for couples.

The town Owen/Teck and the castle Teck is connected with a great history:
In 1892, the Duke of Teck's daughter, Princess Victoria Mary of Teck married Prince George, Duke of York who later reigned as King George V. The Tecks were now considered full members of the British Royal Family. Queen Elisabeth visited the place in 1965.

Arrival by Air:
Flight to Stuttgart - Apartment Weixler is just 28 km from the Stuttgart-Airport.
Car hire available at the airport-arrival. There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 43 Euros.

Arrival by Railway:
Railways operate regularly between the airport and Owen. But you have to take the route over Stuttgart.


Arrival by car:
Autobahn A8, exit Kirchheim-Ost, 5km to town.
