A must for locals and tourists with a great mix of exotic spices, teas, fruit, vegetables, designer handbags, jeans and jewellery. Great if you like to haggle. The fish market is great to pick your fresh fish then take it to the surrounding restaurant of your choice to be cooked. (Delicious)

Great Restaurants, Bars and Clubs
Turkey has it all.
Hisaronu is a lively town with friendly locals who are dedicated to ensure tourists are satisfied. it has a number of bars, nightclubs and restaurants who cater to all tastes and budgets. The town also offers gift shops, hair cuts, shaves and mini manicures and pedicures which are much cheaper than at home and it is worth treating yourself. Inci Villa is within minutes walk to the main strip of the town. At night is particularly lively when holidaymakers from local resorts come and join in the fun. In Hisaronu there are fun and games for the whole family from go-karting to water parks, camel rides to trampolines.
Oludeniz is a remarkable beauty spot with a number of water sports available. Paragliders land on the strip at Ouldeniz and it is fascinating to watch them glide from Babadag to land at Oludeniz. Many boat trips run out of Oludeniz and is a great way to sunbathe and visit many of the local islands. Fethiye also has many boat trips run out of the harbour including fishing trips.
Holidaymakers are more than welcome to use the facilities at the Club Orka hotel free of charge which is only a short walk away from the villa. at the hotel there are three swimming pools and one of those has a water slide, bars, a restaurant, entertainment such as Turkish nights, karaoke and BBQ. the staff are all very friendly and willing to help and you can also change your money at the reception if you need to.
There is also a small local shop around 100yds which has all your essential items you may need or you can go into Hisaronu where there is an Azda, Morison or Migros supermarket.

"Everything u need for a perfect holiday"
We went for a family holiday with young children, teenagers and my mam who is nearly 70. The villa was perfect for every need - couldn't fault it, there was ample space so it didn't feel like we were in each other's space. The pool was lovely kids never out of it and was always in the sun. Quite close to all amenities required the only issue we had was the hill you had to climb to get back and for an elderly person this was quite difficult however the fact that there was a button to press right outside the villa for a taxi which always came within 3 minutes resolved that problem. Overall we loved the villa, hisorano and turkey as a whole, we liked it that much we have already booked up with Tracy to go again next year.

Stayed at the villa beginning of June - cannot fault it. Lovely pool with excellent sun bathing areas - and the pool was maintained brilliantly being cleaned every day. Villa itself was fantastic, with all facilities included with cleaner visiting every week so was extremely clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend the villa for an excellent holiday cannot wait to visit again. Thank you for making our first time in Turkey an enjoyable one!

"looking to stay a third time!!"
Have stayed at this villa on two occasions now and we were hoping to go back this summer but unfortunately cannot find the availability! We were at the villa with two teenage girls and a one year old so really had our hands full. The villa and grounds were immaculate and maid service every few days as promised. The location was perfect as there were a few family friendly restaurants within walking distance and also a pizza take away/delivery. There were also a couple of supermarkets again a short walk from the villa so we could get our daily fresh produce and one of them even delivered our shopping by car to save us carrying the bags! We had a most enjoyable time at the villa, it was quiet, clean and perfect for a family holiday. I would love to return again next year as have not been able to return this year.

"Four star 2 years ago-but no longer! And I did write that review then!"
My family used this villa 2 years ago and as already have stated such a vast change since then, We now know that the Foreign Office website gives travel warnings to those travelling and staying in villas in this area because of the number of burglaries. Please take a look!-(4 done in the same area the same night)The old photographs show bedrooms as cleaned when the Orka managed-but the new wet room photo is shown. The property was cleaned twice in 2 weeks-not every 3 days as the owner advertises.. I cleaned up the mess after the workmen had fitted new cupboard As for grandparents down the road? We are the grandparents and live in UK! Some confusion there!Ted took the traumatised 9 years old to stay the night-thankfully-but the 2 young girls were also traumatised-they all had to sleep with lights on all night after the break in.I did ask for some help from the owner-even a refund of the deposit for breakages would have been welcome-but was told they didnt have that sort of money. Thanks to villa owners around and some of the taverna owners for bringing food for the children until we did manage to get emergency travel documents and ID-which took a full week- and then enabled us to fund the rest of our holiday. However who enjoys a holiday when there is a constant stream of workman in and out and drilling all day!No privacy there then!We do have the flooded pool area on video recording. When my mobile ran out of credit on the night of the burglary as I was ringing UK banks Ted did kindly lend me his phone and he also allowed us to print boarding passes to take to the British Consul. He also showed us where the Consul offices were in Fethiye.Jan the Turkish rep provided a padlock for the gate inside after the event -even though we has asked for the gate key on the night of arrival-and took us to the gendarme to report the crime. Cant add much more-very traumatic and disappointing all round-still traumatised! When everything is stolen-passports-money-driving licences-all ID -you are well and truly stuck-even with travel insurance! How do you prove who you are-Think again anyone travelling here-please be careful-we were but thatugh wasnt eno

"Fantastic holiday - Great villa -lovely pool area"
Stayed at Inci Villa for 2 weeks in August 2012. Thanks to Tracy for smooth transfer and answering all questions in advance. Villa is well equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. Plenty of hot water and towels and lots of room for all the family. There is a lovely pool and lawn area at the Villa. The pool was cleaned daily and the towels and sheets cleaned every other day. We went to the beach everyday which was a 10 minute drive away but pool lovers would be happy to lounge around the garden. Numerous restaurants within walking distance or for a livelier time head for Hisaronu or Olu Deniz. The nearby shops are happy to deliver and were very helpful. The beaches are mainly stony but at the end of the lagoon at Olu Deniz the pebbles are so smooth it’s not a problem. The water and marine life was fantastic. We visited Gemile and Kidrak beaches a few times both of which were good (Sun beds and Umbrellas available to hire) We did a private boat hire with Captain MÜCO.A fantastic day out visiting different coves and an amazing lunch on board. A must do day out.

"Orca inci 4.. Fab!!!!!!!"
Spent a week in orca inci 4 13-20 June 2012. What a time we had. 8 women between ages 37-60. Villa was spotless. Well maintained!!! Pool cleaned daily and maids in every second day!!! More than ample towels which were pure white and soft. Very spacious. Downstairs area great. Like an annex with bedroom sitting area shower room and kitchen. Pool great size with lovely loungers and seated shaded area..There's a wee shop about 6 min walk for you're essentials which is really reasonable....I would walk to nightlife but a taxi was 15ytl approx £6 but they seat 6. If you're going to restrurants they will pick you up and drop you off. Although overlooked there's no one to annoy you when sunbathing... Owner arranged transfers which were £10 each return. Great value!!! Smooth transfers. Would thoroughly recommend this villa. Hopefully booking for next year. Thanks Tracy!!!!!

"Excellent holiday! Everything so well organised!"
We visited this area in May withJamesvillas and did not receive the service that we did will this holiday letting! it was so easy to set up-the owner was very informative and the transfers were spot on! The villa itself was in an ideal location and we were kept informed of activities on offer at the Orka complex. The cleaners turned up every other day to change towels etc -(with Jamesvillas they turned up once in 2 weeks and we never did see their rep-even though they had forgotten to book our car hire at the airport!) Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning next year x
