There is no specific change over day .Confirmation deposit is needed as soon as possible to secure the property which is 25% of the total rental cost .Remainder balance due 12 weeks before arrival.In case of breakages 100euros Security Deposit is due which will be returned after the apartment has been checked. Owners live only 1km away and are English speaking.
