The apartment is on the ground floor with 3 large bedrooms,shower room,bathroom, spacious Kitchen/Lounge area,laundry room and external storage room.There is a large courtyard which has table/seating area and is also ideal and safe for children to play. It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Otranto where you will find restaurants,bars and cafes in the Historic Centre of Otranto.Car parking space is available at the front of the apartment .Alimini beach only 5 mins away by car and Otranto beach 3 mins walk away.

There is no specific changeover day out of season. Although during the months of July and August Saturday to Saturday changeover days are prefered.Confirmation deposit is needed as soon as possible to secure the property which is 25% of the total rental cost .Remainder balance due 12 weeks before arrival.In case of breakages £100 Security Deposit due which will be returned after apartment has been checked.Owners live only 6km away and are English speaking.
