The Puglia/Molise region

The region of Puglia is located in the the Heel of Italy.
An area famous for its peaceful, untouched and natural wildlife, with villages and towns full of Baroque and Romanic churches and palazzi, restaurants with amazing foods on offer. Ostuni is a great base & near the famous UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Puglia - the medieval Castel del Monte (Bari) and also Alberobello (known as the TRULLI town) - houses which are curious, rounded structures with grey stone cone-shaped roofs which sometimes are also painted white. San Giovanni Rotondo (Home to Padre Pio), Fasano (Home to Zoo Safari Park), Monopoli (Home to Egnathia the 2nd most important Roman archaeological Site), Bari, Brindisi, Lecce, Locorotondo, Martina Franca and Gallipoli are all a drive away.
