About the home

The Villa was built in 2003 - Situated at about 250 meters (280 yards) from the sandy beaches.
Located in corner position between Oslo st. and Vienna Avenue
Which is Pantanagianni main street to the beaches.

House at ground floor:
Living room with kitchen – Double bedroom (2 people) - Second bedroom (2+1 people) - Little hall - Bathroom with shower - Sofa in living room that opens to bed for two additional people
House at first floor:
Large living room with kitchen and panoramic view to the sea - Double bedroom (2 people) - Second bedroom (2 people) - Little hall – Bathroom with shower - (2 sofa in living room that opens to bed for three additional people)
Service room with second shower, multipurpose washbasin and storage (down stairs).

Outside spaces with every comfort, tables, chairs and sunbeds. In the back patio there is a BBQ with a long table where up to 15 people can dine together.

Rental Notes:
The price includes electric power, gas, water consumptions.
Heating or Air Conditioning will be charged €10 per day extra (each house).
Final cleaning will be charged €50 extra (each house).
Or €10 per person in case of big groups.

Reservations are confirmed with a payment of 30% at booking time.
Balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival date
Refundable deposit of € 500 will be paid at arrival

The Puglia/Molise region

Pantanagianni is still an unknown location, breathing the fresh sea air here gives you a sense of wellness
if you look at the map you will notice our place has a central position in APULIA REGION.
From here you can easily reach any tourist and cultural attraction of the region within 5 - 70 minutes
There is all villas and private houses, it's really a quiet place, only in hot summer it gets populated
during daylight the beaches are covered with people catching the sun and kids playing
There is only one camping facility that stays open almost all year around, with a free entrance minimarket
The spoiled ones will find anything in Santa Sabina, another location just north along the coast
or just south in Specchiolla, both places less then 2 miles distant, just far enough to keep the noise of these bigger locations away
But when it's time to relax ...then you need to get back to Pantanagianni, where you can rest ...also.
Only a few restaurants and pizzerias at walking distance, or by bicycle.
If you want a fresh drink, food or barbeque grill goodies, at any hours, you'll find them on the beach where you can reach an open sky Pub with umbrella shades, and a typical Beach Bar with a play ground for kids, and not only...
The beaches are the most beautiful of the area, and their best expression is during the off season and during non busy hours, in these moments this is the best place you'll find peace, serenity and regenerate body and soul
...simply walk along the beaches or ride a bicycle through the streets and you'll feel it..

VISIT GROTTAGLIE AND THE CARAMICS
The Ceramics in Grottaglie are a must see, this city has an antique tradition in making caramics mostly hand made in little shops.
PRACTICE SPORTS
Tennis - Soccer Fishing - Biking Basketball - Wind Surfing - Surfing snorkelling and many others
GO SHOPPING
One thing we suggest to do is go shopping in the weekly street markets, every day of the week it moves to a different town. See the timetable aside

By plane:

- 55 Miles Bari Palese Airport - served by RYANAIR - BRITISH AIRWAYS - Alitalia
By car:
Motorway S.S. 379 - E 55 (Bari – Brindisi)

“Quiet rest” This villa is very comfortable for accommodation. There are 2 separate entrances, excellent option to have rest for 2 families. The location is very good, the sea is tender and warm. The owners are very hospitable and customer oriented. In general a trip to Puglia is a good possibility to learn picturesque rural Italy Everything is great. I recommend

“Hospitality +” We had a wonderful time at the Yellow Beach House. Rita and Rino are such terrific hosts. They give you an insiders guide to the region. Rino was very helpful and treated us like family. Puglia is a well kept secret of Italy. The house is 250 metres away from turquiose water. The Yellow Beach house is new, clean and very beautiful. There is an outdoor table you can enjoy a glass of local wine. Rino put his heart and soul into building this house and even built some things himself. And the food is so delicious. You definitely have to go see Donato at Pineta the restaurant is very reasonable and wonderful cooked from scratch meals. The restaurant is just up the street. I would definitely go back.

“This was our dream vacation and it was everything we dreamed” The property was great, walking distance to the beach. We had been dreaming of returning to San Vito since we had lived there from 1986/89..The sunrises were spectacular and we were able to open the large windows and there was always a great breeze blowing and the sounds of the waves hitting the beach were so great to sleep with. we were there for a month and were so sad to have to leave. Rino and Rita were so accommodation and Rino speaks excellent english so he was a great help to us when we needed to make calls or reservations.

“Mediterranean Paradise!” 30 seconds away from a sandy beach. The guests are nice and warm. They welcomed us with an unexpected gift. A homemade lasagna!! The villa is nice and comfortable. Not far from shopping centers. Highly reccomended.

“Delightful holiday in a very unspoilt part of Italy” We will remember our holiday at the Yellow Beach House with great affection. It was the first time we had been to Italy and Rino and Rita couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming. Rino arranged to pick us up from the airport himself and had a hire car waiting for us to use at the apartment. It was late in the evening when we arrived and Rita had made a homemade lasagne and filled the fridge with enough stuff to last us till the shops opened - such a lovely touch! The apartment was perfect for our family of six - we had the downstairs - there was plenty of room and the outside patio had a great combination of sunshine and shade when necessary. The beach is literally a short walk down the road. We had a hilarious time walking to the beach because one of our children had a broken ankle which was in plaster - although she could manage on crutches, Rino really proved he would go the extra mile for the comfort of his guests by hiring a wheelchair for us - the only trouble was it was a 'potty chair' and the hole in the middle kept falling out! He wouldn't take any money for the rental of the wheelchair! >Rino recommended Donatos Restaurant which was a short drive up the road >where we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and price. Donato was a great character - he also went out of his way to make 'bespoke' pizzas for one of our fussier children. >It was a truly enjoyable couple of weeks and I can wholeheartedly >recommend the traditional Italian welcome that Rino and Rita will give. >
