Home description

The villa has two independant floors which can be rented separately or together, depending on the size of the group. Each floor has a kitchen, large lounge-diner, bathroom with shower and three very spacious double bedrooms. These are large enough to sleep extra people if required. Facilities include a large splash pool, large patio area with two shaded areas, a barbeque area and an external genuine pizza oven. There is parking for at least four cars. All within its own one and half acre olive grove.

The Puglia/Molise region

Ideal for families or large groups, there is something for eveyone, as it's within reach of water sports, golf, tennis and wildlife parks.

Ostuni area

The villa is only five minutes from Ostuni and fifteen minutes from the beach. Ostuni (the White City) is a picturesque town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and a variety of nightlife to suite all tastes. Other popular places of interest are a Safari Park at ZooSafari Fasanolandia, world class golf course at Fasano, Alberobello, the Trulli Town and Castellana Grotto. Further afield there is the Baroque architecture of Lecce or the ancient ports of Brindisi and Bari.

How to get there

Fly Ryanair to Bari or Brindisi, then car to outskirts of Ostuni. Also BA fly inyo Bari during the summer season. Take the Francavilla Fontana Rd for five Km. Bari (45 minutes approx) Brindisi (20 minutes approx).

The swimming pool is a 15ft dia, 42ins deep above ground splash pool. Complete with pumped filtration and access ladder.
