Villa Elsa captures the traditional and medieval style of architecture which is characteristic within this beautiful area. Moreover, the stunning settings of the structure truly make this Villa an unforgettable experience.
Sitting on the top of a hill, surrounded by beautiful typical South Italian countryside, you will enjoy extraordinary sunsets and impressive sunrises. These apartments are in each of two separate floors within the “medieval tower” shaped structure.
Striking views of the surrounding olive groves and the sea which is 2 kms away will make you wish you lived there all year around.
The apartments which can be rented together or individually are finished to the highest quality.
They include two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen (approximately 55 sq), and private terrace with outstanding views for each of the apartments.
The apartments also overlook a spectacular terrace and large swimming pool, which together with a tennis court are available exclusively for our guests.
There is plenty to do for kids and they would certainly enjoy the freedom of running around the enclosed grounds of the villa with its annexed fields, or spend the day splashing by the pool.
If you like walking or cycling, there are plenty of opportunities in the nearby grounds and fields, but make sure you use the pleasant shade of secular olive trees to rest and take your chance at “almond” picking!
If, on the other hand you are keen on exploring, the beautiful settings of many rural villages with long history of trading are just a stone throw away. Forget about shopping in big supermarkets and experience the “Italian way” of shopping and bargaining in the village shops. Local restaurants and “trattorias” are perfect for a romantic evening meal out or simply a taste of the unequalled “Pugliese” cuisine, full of Mediterranean flavours and fresh ingredients.
Don’t forget to experience the close-by beaches. There is plenty for every taste, whether you like crystal clear sea with rocky coast (you can really see the seabed at 10 metres!) or the more child friendly sandy beaches. All of this in more than 10 acres of conservation area, which is less than 5 miles away, extending from the hilly countryside to the beach.
The exquisite owners who live in a separate apartment within the grounds of the villa are Elsa, who speaks English and her husband Emilio who will be more than happy to tell you the history of every one of his many olive trees, while tasting the perfectly ripe, organic grown figs.

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is known as the breadbasket of Italy due to the fact that most of the country's fruit, veg, pasta and olive oil are produced here. The area is very lush and green with some of the most ancient and impressive olive trees in the world - some thousands of years old. The region is wonderfully unspoilt and the holiday choice of Italians who love the 500 miles of sandy white coastline. It is also famous for the stunning Trulli which fill the countryside, particularly in the beautiful Valle D'Itria where the World Heritage site of Alberobello (Trulli Land) is situated. It is the perfect holiday choice for touristy types who want a taste of true Italy. You will not find many bars and nightclubs here but you will experience some of the freshest and loveliest food of your life at some of the lovely restaurants. Historically, the region has been occupied more often than any other in Italy so there are some very interesting archeological sites and cities to visit.

Ostuni / Torre Guaceto area

Located in an ideal postion we are able, with the assistance of Vincent, to orgainise excursions to Ostuni "La Citta Bianca" 15km, Alberobello /UNESCO site) the home of Trulli 60km, Lecce "the Florence of the South" 70km and for Nature Lovers the WWF reserve of Torre Guaceto at 2km... to name but a few. We will also keep you updated on what is happening in the area, especially the summer when every town has its own "Festa"

- www.seap-puglia.it - with this site yuo can find all the airlines from UK - D - CH to Brindisi (10 minutes away), or Bari (50 minutes away).
