The Puglia/Molise region
Apulia is the South-East part of Italy where the brown land dotted with "Trulli" and ancient olives faces a crystalline and transparent sea in the heart of Mediterranean Sea. Here the human presence, beginning from the down of prehistory, has left numerous traces spread all over the region: Dolmen and Menhir, villages and graves of the ancient apulian people, Norman, Svebian, Angioin fortifications and castles, Romanesque cathedrals, Baroque and magnificient churches. Apulia is a region in which it is preserved ancient recipes, scents and flavours of a land rich in cheeses, vegetables, home-made pasta, delicious meats and freshest fishes that will be the background of an unforgetable vacancy. And then, of course,the sea: clear, emerald wich offers to the tourist a very new spectacle about a generous and exciting land.
Ostuni / Cisternino area
Ostuni (15 km distant) is situated on the Murgia coastline, just on the edge of the coastal shelf. It is known as the "white city", or sometimes as the "manger city" because of the shape and the whiteness of the houses which make up the ancient nucleus of the town; it is a genuine, charming example of Mediterranean architecture.The characteristic white houses of the old town are reached by narrow little streets and pretty steps leading up the hill; these are often decorated with archways, vaults and verandas.Ostuni is built on three hills, and is famous throughout Europe for the dazzling effect of its whitewashed houses. It is a matter of pride for everyone that the city should be kept fresh, comfortable and above all, white! The main square in Ostuni is triangular, dominated by the spires of the church of St. Orontius, 21 metres high. Orontius; At the top of the hill, there are several other churches, as well as the cathedral, which was begun in 1435 an completed in about sixty years. Its façade dates back to the late Gothic and above the main doorway is a magnificent 24 segment rose-window. Inside the main style is Baroque, and in one of the chapels on the right is the "Madonna with Child and Saints" by Jacopo Palma. The archives contain precious parchments from the 12th century. The Seminary and the Bishop's Palace are Baroque. CISTERNINO (5 Km distant) have a caracteristique storic centre, here eat a lot of local meat.

Fly to Bari or Brindisi using Ryanair Fly to Naples with other airlines, motor to our house. The journey takes about 4 hours Fly to Pescara and motor along the coast

Trulli Mariano & Trulli Iolanda are 500 metres apart , separate and with own pool and garden, can be rented separately.

"Environnement et vue magnifiques. Une très belle rénovation a été faite sur la location, le trullo, ceci n'est pas trop visible sur les photos, ce qui est dommage car la réalité est tout autre, c'est vraiment très beau et bien réussi. L'aménagement extérieur a été très bien pensé, ce qui met en valeur le trullo et la piscine, qui est de grande dimension et d'une forme peu commune, ce qui rend un ensemble homogène. L'accueil est plus que chaleureux, propriétaire très sympathique et ouvert d'esprit pour faire découvrir les Pouilles.
