Beautiful villa in a stunning location. Recently refurbished to a high standard retaining many original features.The villa is spacious & can sleep up to 9 people max. It consists of 3 bedrooms, {2 double & 1 twin bedded room} 2 bathrooms, kitchen, main living area.The house is tastefully decorated to a high standard. The bathrooms have full length shower areas. A newly fitted kitchen has been installed completed with appliances.The main living area and kitchen has domed ceilings unique to this area & also contains a sofa bed, television/dvd . It is kept cosy in winter by a wood burning stove . There is an annexe with double bed & double sofa bed, en suite,fridge and coffee/ tea making facilities & a wood burning stove. This annexe {3rd. bedroom} can be let with the house or separately if required as it is completely self contained. Ideal for couples wanting a b&b base for exploring the area & not requiring a fulll property.

The Puglia/Molise region
The region of Puglia has remained Italy's best kept secret. It stretches between the Ionian & the Adriatric seas making up the heel of the Italian boot. Within this area there is something to suit all tastes - beautiful sandy beaches,stunning caves/coves and a nature reserve at Torre Guaceto. Inland, the undulating hills are dotted with trulli, vines & olive trees. The trullo with its conical roof is a typical dwelling of this landscape. Rich red soil, majestic olive groves,fruit trees in abundance. & constant festivals are just some of the wonderful aspects of staying in this area. The architecture is very diverse & influenced in the past by the Greeks,Moors & Normans.There is evidence of Baroque, Byzantine & and Roman influences sitting side by side with modern architucture. Ostuni area
Ostuni - known as ' the white city '- is a beautiful old walled city influenced by the Moors. It was constructed on a hillside with stunning views down to the coastline, interupted only by rows of olive groves. A pure pleasure to wander through the winding whitewashed streets dotted with interesting restaurants, bars & individual shops. Alternatively, take time out to people watch in the piazza. Local people are friendly, helpful & polite - anxious that you enoy all their city has to offer.

Cheap flights with Ryanair to Bari {approx. 50mins drive} or Brindisi{20mins. drive} Alternatively British Airways or Alitalia - enquire from airlines as to cost. Car hire available with Hertz at a discounted rate if travelling with Ryanair. Alternatively over view of all competitive car rental companies obtainable from the airport via www.autocar.com. Taxi also available from the airport {40 -50 euro approx.} Meet,greet and accompany to property service provided free of charge.

The annexe can be rented separately or together with the main house depending on space required. While there is no swimming pool at the property, there is access to a well maintained pool at a nearby hotel {1.5 kms}. Miles of beautiful sandy beaches,with all the facilities, are available within a 5km. distance.

A 25% deposit is required when confirming booking, final payment due 8 weeks before holiday commences. On receipt of full payment further information on the property including specific directions & contact numbers. will be sent. A refundable deposit of 200euro is required to be paid to the managing agents on arrival to cover breakages,lost keys. This will be returned following property inspection.
