About the home

This modern villa is located in the peaceful holiday village of Costa Merlata within a 5 minute walk from 2 pristine beaches. There is a small hotel on beach with beach bar and restaurant and local market. There is live entertainment on the beach in summer evenings. The Puglia region has one of the warmest climates in Italy with temperatures ranging from 24 to 40 degrees celcius March to October

The property has 2 spacious bedrooms which can sleep 4. There is also a sofa bed available in the living room that can sleep an additional 2. There are also 2 cots available for small children or infants. The villa has the benefit of comfortable indoor or outdoor living. There are 2 terraces where you can relax and dine. There is also a roof garden where you can relax, dine or just admire the views of both Ostuni town on one side and the Adriatic on the other.

The Puglia/Molise region

The city of Ostuni is a series of levels, staircases, small roads, alleys, arches. Hints of the Middle Ages are at hand in every corner, in every view to the sea, in the portal of a palace, in the walls of a convent or the front of a church. The brightness of its whitewashed houses, set against the pink-tinged brown of its principal monument, makes the town stand out in the green of the surrounding area. 7km away the popular coastline has blue flag beaches.
Some local attractions include the Cathedral situated at the highest point of the city, the surrounding city wall, the Column of Sant'Oronzo and the Church of Santo Spirito.

Take the Motorway ( E55/SS379) South in the direction of Brindisi/Lecce for approximately 45 minutes until you come to the exit for Costa Merlata. 2 minutes from exit.

From Brindisi
Take the Motorway ( E55/SS379) north towards Bari. Follow the road for about 25 minutes until you come to the exit for Costa Merlata. 2 minutes from exit.
