About 150 mt from the sea, in residential village " Santa Lucia ", it is situated the villa on two levels, around the villa there is a lot of green countryside, also if it is near the sea. -The villa ground floor has a dining room with sofa bed and small kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a bed, a bathroom Services : tv-sat, washing-machine, car park in the village. -The semiunderfloor is composed, besides, of a spacious basement with dining room a fireplace and a sofa bed, small kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with three beds, a bathrrom Services : tv, car park.
