This luxury villa is situated on 2,500 square meters of land. The gardens are absolutely stunning and full of various mature fruit trees and other plants. Our guests are very welcome to help themselves to any fruits, which are in season! There is a brick built BBQ and also a very large beautifully paved patio area all around the house making it very child friendly. The villa itself has a security alarm and is enclosed by substantial brick walls on all sides Access is via private electric gates. The Villa is only 20 mins away from Brindisi airport and 10 mins from the nearest beautiful sandy white beach.

The Puglia/Molise region

Puglia is a lovely area with lots to see and do.
Brindis has some Roman remains and considerable medieval monuments.

Lecce is famed for its marvellous Baroque buildings. The Cathedral and the Seminary face the main square with the famous well. In the historic centre there are also the theatre and the Roman amphitheatre, dating back to the second century AD.

Alberobello has the most evocative and magical countryside of the region, where you can admire the traditional trulli houses. These typical buildings have cupolas of grey stone and façades always whitened with lime.

Puglia is well famous for its wine and southern cousin.

Ostuni / San Vito dei Normanni area

Villa Elisa is situated just outside the local town of San Vito dei Normanni. It’s a lovely Italian town with all necessities. There is big supermarket (only 1 mile away) with impressive choice of deli, fresh meat and local seafood.

Ostuni, a beautiful walled city, also called “White City” is approx 10 miles away and offering superb local Italian cousin and big range of dishes from southern area. There is also a local restaurant/pizzeria within 0.5 mile of the villa.

There are public tennis courts 200 meters away.

How to get there

By plane:
- 12 miles (19 km) and about 25 mins - Brindisi Airport - served by RYANAIR (www.ryanair.com)
- 60 miles (90 km) Bari Palese Airport (about 1 hour 10 mins away)- served by RYANAIR and BRITISH AIRWAYS
Car hire is essential. All major car rental companies are available at the airports or you can book in advance on-line.

Well-fitted, modern kitchen comprising of hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle, microwave, radio & CD player. Extensive selection of kitchen/cooking utensils provided.

Lounge
Large living area comprising of extremely comfortable 3-seater sofa bed and second 3-seater sofa, coffee table, colour TV, DVD player, bookcase and open traditional fireplace. The villa has a large wood burning fireplace and central heating, making it very cosy in the winter months.

Small guests
We have high chair and travel cot so you will not need to worry about caring extra weight with you on the plain.

The villa is set within 2500 sq/m of beautiful, private gardens with lots of roses and other flowers. There is lots of space to chill out during the hot hours of the day as well as sun-worshippers can find plenty of spots to lie down. Fruit trees include: lemons, oranges, mandarins, pears, figs, apples, prickly pears and loquats. There are also olive trees, palms and grapes. Our guests are very welcome to help themselves to any fruits, which are in season! The whole garden is well lit-up by beautiful lanterns, which makes it very attractive and user-friendly for evening BBQs. There are also outdoor tables, chairs and sunbeds. The villa accessed through private electric gates and has a drive that is suitable for at least 3 cars.

Conditions

30% deposit to be made to confirm booking. Then full amount required 6 weeks before arrival date together with £50 deposit for breakages which is fully refundable after the duration of stay.
