Both apartments enjoy a private garden and use of a swimming pool
at neighbouring residence.

Lake Como is the perfect holiday retreat for your stay in Italy. 22 miles of pool blue water, majestic mountains with a touch of dolce vita make this an idyllic holiday venue.

The Ossuccio area

Ossuccio is positioned on the western coast of the lake, next to Sala Comacina, where you can view the island.
The village here enjoys relaxing gardens where you can swim in the lake, sunabathe or enjoy an aperitifo or two in the summer!

The area enjoys a sunny aspect and is perfectly positioned to enjoy all aspects of the lake. Lenno, with its sandy lido, is just 3 minutes drive as is the ferry stop that will take you to Bellagio, Como or most places either side of the lake. Villa Carlotta and Balbianello are all just a short journey away.
Milan, Como city and Switzerland are all possible day trips. Monza Grand prix circuit (F1 Grandprix september)is less than an hour away.
