Appartamento Cornelia B is a pleasant and spacious apartment situated at a short distance from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps eight people. From Appartamento Cornelia B you will enjoy an enchanting view of Lake Como and of the Comacina island. Appartamento Cornelia B is 140 square meters (1500 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a wide private terrace with a view of the lake, a shared garden and winter heating.

You will be approximately 300 meters (330 yards) from Lenno. You will find the closest restaurant at 150 meters (490 feet), a grocery store at 500 meters (550 yards), the stop for the local bus at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 150 meters (approximately 490 feet).

Appartamento Cornelia B is located on the first floor of the building. You will reach it from the parking area using an elevator and then going up a walkway that includes approximately 20 stairway steps.

The property boasts a great position, facing of the Comacina Island, at only 500 metres from Lake Como. It's located along a sloping alley that, going up, leads to the sanctuary of Madonna del Soccorso. Being banked, the house's position allows a marvellous view of the surrounding area. You'll definitely enjoy a large panorama of the lake, the Comacina Island and, behind you, that beautiful sanctuary, important pilgrimage destination.

Once you have crossed the front gate, you will find a 600-square-metres garden hosting the swimming pool, the solarium and the two buildings with the respective apartments. The buildings, entirely renovated in 2007, are divided into ten apartments. One of the them houses seven apartments onto three floors, and a reception. The other building hosts three apartments, one each floor, whose attic's occupied by the owners. They will be discreetly at your disposal, if you like, to give you tourist information about the area and help you making your holiday an unforgettable experience.

The quiet position's just perfect to enjoy a relaxing vacation, as well as to reach beloved artistic and cultural destinations. Churches and sanctuaries like the Monte Sacro (Unesco world heritage site), museums and baroque buildings, 15th and 16th-centuries frescoes, neoclassic villas like Villa Olmo in Cernobbio and the older Villa Balbianello in Lenno, Villa Melzi in Bellagio and the popular Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo.


Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 5 meters (16 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a gorgeous view of Lake Como and of the Comacina island. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open all year round.


Garden

The garden is 600 square meters (6460 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of Lake Como. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.


Laundry room

You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. You will share the laundry with the other guests staying at the complex.

The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a fascinating view of Lake Como and of the Comacina island.


Terrace 2

The terrace is 70 square meters (750 square feet) large. From the terrace you will have a pleasant view of the vegetation and of the mountains.


Living Room

The furnishings of the living room are simple. They include two sofas and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.


Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.


Bedroom 1

The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.


Bedroom 2

The bedroom has a bunk bed (two single beds, one on top of the other) and two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.


Bathroom

The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a bathtub with shower wand and a hairdryer.


Half-bath

The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet.

The Lombardy / Lake Como Area region

Lake Como, also known as Lake Lario, is the deepest lake of Europe, with a depth of 410 meters (1345 feet), as well as the third biggest Italian lake (146 km2, 56 square miles).

This area, thanks to its mild and humid climate, favours the lushness of an abundant Mediterranean flora: cypress trees, laurel trees, camellias, azaleas, rhododendrons, magnolias, and palm trees.

The Ossuccio area
