The Lombardy / Lake Como Area
The Lombardy has a wealth of history, steeped in culture and famed for its cusine. Lake Como has bee loved as holiday destination by lots of travellers, thanks to the beauty of its landscapes, its charming villas looking onto the lake and its typical ancient villages.

Winter Activities - The Residence is not only perfectly placed for summer breaks but is equally suitable for winter breaks. Whether your preference is gentle walk up snow covered hills or more energetic pursuits of snowboarding or skiing then Residence Letizia will provide an ideal base for all your winter activities with Ski resorts at Madessimo and St Moritz (60 and 90 minutes drive) and Bormio (120 minutes drive).
Golf - Menaggio Golf Club is located within 10 minutes drive and is Italy's second oldest Golf Club and has fantastic views to rival any European golf course.
Other Activities: windsurfing and kite surfing, horse riding, tennis, boat hire, sailing, mountain climbing and many other activities all within 30 minutes drive.

Further details indoors: Apartment A (140 sq. m) contains three rooms and sleeps up to 8 people. The apartment contains an entrance area, a living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 contains a kingsize bed and bedroom 2 contains 2 single beds (plus additional bunk beds if required). The living room has a double sofa bed and TV whilst the open plan kitchen area houses an oven, 4 hotplates, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
A cot and high chair are available upon request, whilst washing machine and iron/ironing board are subject to a small charge.
