Budget rooms Oslo city center, sleeps 2
B&B | 1 bedrooms | sleeps 2
Knowing that hotels and motels in central Oslo are very expensive we offer a cheaper alternative for Oslo travelers.
5 min walk from the main bus station and less than a 10 min walk from the main train station ! The main streets of Oslo and several tourist attractions can also be reached by foot within few minutes. The room is located less than 5 minutes from the main bus station (very convenient if you are taking the shuttle bus or train from the airports).
If you're on a budget, this is the place to stay. The price is much lower than what you would pay in a hotel or hostel in the same area, but there is more to this place that can save you money on your Oslo trip. There is a low price supermarket in the same building where you can buy cheaper food. Furthermore, you can also reach many attractions by foot – no need to buy expensive tickets. And finally, if you book with me, I'll give you some additional tips that will save you time and money on your Oslo trip – guaranteed ;)

The room is not very big, but should be convenient enough if you are traveling light and for shorter stays.

"Great central location."
We stayed at Jan's place while we stayed in Oslo. It is in a great central location, walking distance to everything we needed! The price is right, considering high hotel prices for a cozy room. Jan is great with communication if you need anything at all in the apartment or questions about anything in Oslo. Would recommend to any of our friends visiting there!

the room is small but cute and Jan is really nice. It's close to the railway station and the center of Oslo so we can go everywere easily.

"a small problem but adequately resolved"
There was a plumbing problem so I never actually stayed in Jan's apartment, but he put us up in a nearby hotel which likely cost him more than we spent on the room, so I can definitely vouch for his reliability. He won't leave you out in the cold where I think other hosts who are less interested in their reputation might.

"the best value for money ratio"
Great place, very convenient for Oslo and at a reasonable price. Everything you need is there. 3 minutes walking to Bus Terminal,10 minutes to center. Supermarket working till 24.00 is in the next door building. Definitely will stay there again and recommend this host to my friends. Jan is responsible, friendly, easy-to-deal-with person who is ready to answer all your questions. Thanks, I hope to go back soon!

"Great room for the price"
Jan helped me find my way to the place and saw to it that I got checked in easily.
The property is nothing to write home about, but it is not bad or unexpected either.
The locals will probably not agree about how the location is, but it's near well-lit streets and pretty close to the city center, so for all intents and purposes it's fine.
I'd say the room was a bit above my expectations on the whole (fast Internet!).
