Isola di Capo Passero marina di Noto area, Noto marina, also possesses a long golden sandy beach really lovely, with a clean and transparent sea. Of particular interest is the area of Eloro to enjoy a clean beach and a very beautiful sea far from the cement of villas and hotels. The sandy area continues past the natural oasis of Vendicari, protected natural oasis, San Lorenzo, Marzamemi up to the beautiful beaches of Portopalo di Capo Passero and Isola delle Correnti.
The natural reserve of Vendicari Oasis is located in the province of Syracuse, between Noto and Noto ... Particularly important for the presence of bogs which act as a resting place in bird migration.
Vendicari was established in 1984. It is now one of the most important wetlands in Europe and its importance, from the naturalistic point of view, is internationally recognized. There are hundreds of species of birds who choose each year as a resting place in the journey to the spawning grounds.
But the reserve is not only this. It is one of the few places where it is still possible to observe the typical Mediterranean maquis in all its splendor.
