The accommodation is located in Ortigia, the historical centre of Siracusa and only 1 hours drive from Catania airport. Sites of interest within the city include the ancient Greek Theatre, where performances are still staged during May & June and which forms part of a larger archaeological park.

The kitchen area has been fitted with a four ring gas hob, oven, extractor fan, sink unit, fridge freezer and storage cupboards
A further door from the hall leads to the bedroom which has been furnished with a large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and shelving unit.
The modern bathroom has been fitted with a large walk-in shower unit, sink, bidet and toilet. There is also a heated towel rail and shaving mirror.

Entrance leads directly into a small hall area. A door leads to the lounge/kitchen/diner has been fitted with a sofa bed (1 adult or 2 children) and a dining table and chairs. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
