About the home

The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning in the lounge area, located within walking distance to the local sandy beach and gardens, with adult and children pool areas, local supermarket and restaurants on site.

This resort is one of the best known in Spain, visit the largest sea water health Spa in Europe at Marina Dor's 5 star Hotel, ideal for weekend health breaks, and relaxation. The gardens are beautiful with water fountains and children play areas. Everything is near; there are many restaurants, shops, chemists, supermarkets, cocktail bars, nightclubs, sports, tennis and much more.

The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs, there is a shared swimming pool below each apartment block (only open during summer months) and secured children's play area. There is private underground parking and secured gated access.

You will find local outdoor markets in the nearby town of Oropesa del Mar a short drive away, where you can buy local home grown fruit and veg and browse for bargains.

The town of Benicassim is about 15 mins drive away, this is an ideal location for those traveling to the FIB Music Festivals, Oropesa has bus and train transport to nearby local towns.

Hi Helen,
Thanks for letting us stay at your apartment by the sea, we had a wonderful holiday, mainly due to your accommodation and the lovely beach and garden at the resort. the apartment was very modern and everything we could have needed for our holiday. We had breakfast on the terrace, spent most afternoons sunbathing by the beach on by the pool downstairs, in the evening we would take a stroll down to the entertainment areas of the resort.

It was great to have everything so close by, it made it more enjoyable for the whole family.
We have never had a more relaxing holiday.
Your team met us at the resort and were very helpful, they explained how everything worked.
We will be back next year for our main holiday again next year the children loved it at Marinador and will confirm the dates when I check with work.

Marinador Beach Resort, Séjour très agréable, Séjour très agréable. Propriétaires disponibles, très gentil. Appartement impeccable (propre, très bien agencé, tous confort : machine à laver, climatisation, lave vaiselle). Insonorisation médiocre. Point négatif : la balnéo n'est pas située dans l'hotel même et hors de prix.
Je conseille cette location à des séniors, des jeunes adultes, des familles avec enfants en bas âge, des vacances romantiques, des escapades entre filles.

Trop bien, Il n'était pas prévu que nous partions en vacances cette année mais vu le temps plus que maussade le premier week end de nos vacances, il nous restait deux solutions : ou retourner au boulot (bof...), ou trouver une location au soleil.

1 journée à pianoter sur internet et notre choix s'est porté sur Oropesa Del Mar. Deux jours après, nous étions sur place et avons été très satisfaits de l'appartement que nous avions réservé, qui était semblable au descriptif trouvé sur internet. Tout sur place : piscine, jeux pour les enfants, mer à 300 mètres, restos, traiteurs, la belle vie !! 10 jours de vacances où nous avons vraiment décompréssé, le tout pour un prix plus que raisonnable.

Le coté négatif : Peu de personnes parle le français, mais nous avons tout de même réussi à nous faire comprendre !! Vivement l'année prochaine.
Je conseille cette location à - des familles avec enfants en bas âge, des vacanciers sans véhicule.
