About the home

This stunning, modern, two bedroom apartment is located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of the popular tourist village of Oroklini with its many restaurants, tavernas, bakeries and shops.

This spacious apartment comfortably sleeps six and is close to all local amenities, beaches, airport, and Larnaca town centre making it the ideal place for a fun family holiday.

The apartment features Satellite TV offering a wide choice in News, Movies, Cartoons and Entertainment Channels. Flat panel electric heaters have been installed for the winter months.


In addition to the fabulous beaches and long, hot summer days this area is also a popular winter destination with skiing possible from January to March in the Troodos Mountains, within an hours drive.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers. One hair dryer is provided.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and appliances including hob, cooker, fridge / freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

Balcony includes a table with seating for 6

Sheets, blankets and bathroom towels are all included and the property is cleaned between changeovers. More frequent cleans can be arranged for an additional cost. Beach towels are not provided .

Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.

The Larnaca region

At the crossroads of three continents, Cyprus is the third largest island in the Mediterranean. With it's beautiful landscapes and seascapes, the warm, friendly culture, and excellent cuisine, Cyprus has something for everyone . The beaches are among the best in the world and the crystal blue waters are perfect for families with small children. The mountainous interior, the Troodos, offers an alluring contrast to the coast that shouldn't be overlooked. Bracing pine-scented air, hiking trails and Byzantine churches are just some of the treasures to be found here. It is also possible to experience firsthand the village life of the hill towns. By the beach or further afield, in the towns or countryside, the distinctive culture of Cyprus is always close at hand.

The South East of the Island is hard to beat for beach holidays, nightlife and culture with resorts such as Protaras, Ayia Napa and the cosmopolitan town of Larnaca.

Skiing is possible from January to March in the Troodos Mountains which are approximately an hours' drive away. The Cyprus Ski Club there provides professional instructors for beginners as well as all ski equipment.

Cyprus enjoys one of the best climates in the Mediterranean with an average of 340 days of sunshine a year. Long dry summers and mild winters are separated by short autumn and spring seasons. Summer is a time of high temperatures with cloudless skies, but the sea breeze creates a pleasant atmosphere in the coastal areas. Winters are mild, with some rain and snow on Troodos Mountains.

Be prepared for heat, long hot summer days with temperatures reaching up to 40° C are followed by warm nights. Recommend very light summer clothing, and plenty of sun cream.

To cool down, I recommend a pint of Keo or a cocktail.

The Oroklini / Oroklini Village area

Only 20 minutes from Larnaca Airport, Oroklini Villiage is a mix of the new and the traditional. With great sea and mountain views, local blue flag beach, many restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets and bakeries, all you need for a relaxing holiday is close at hand.

For those who wish to venture out, you are within easy reach of Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Nicosia and the Troodos mountains. Local activities include a fantastic waterpark, great go-karting centre and many beach activities including paragliding, jet skis, banana boats, fly-fish, pedalos and great snorkeling.
