Home description
The ground floor of each villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite TV (limited channels) DVD, CD/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and the dining table comfortably seats 8. A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor where all four bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with the three twin bedrooms sharing a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating*. A safety deposit box is provided, and a baby cot and highchair are available on request.
Outside each villa is an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs. A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings. The more energetic holidaymaker can take advantage of the on site private tennis court for which equipment can be hired from the reception.
Many additional services can be provided by reception including extra housekeeping, email/internet services, hairdressing, beauty/massage treatments, baby sitting, excursions and cruises (all at a supplement). With many years experience in the hotel industry the villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca is the oldest town in Cyprus and was an important trading centre from where the islands main export of copper was shipped. The modern city was built over the ruins of one the most important ancient city kingdoms – Kition, which legend has it was founded by the grandson of Noah. The town has a unique atmosphere and is a wonderful place to explore on foot as you’ll constantly make new discoveries, a coffee shop, a small Church etc. Go for a stroll along the promenade on the seafront and take the time to linger in one of the stylish pavement cafes.
Oroklini area
The villas are located on a private cul-de-sac in Oriklini village within walking distance of a selection of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Parts of the village have been restored to their original traditional style and with dining out being at the heart of village social life you can enjoy some of the fine rustic restaurants. The CTO beach at Oriklini is within a few minutes drive, Larnaca town centre is only a 15 minute drive away and Ayia Napa can be reached on the new motorway within 30 minutes.
