One of several three bedroom villas featured on this unique development of nine properties in the village of Orklini. The development prides itself on its hotel like services and facilities while the villas themselves are furnished and equipped to a high standard and surrounded by colourful and carefully tended gardens.
The ground floor of each villa features a spacious living area equipped with satellite TV (limited channels) DVD, CD/Radio. The kitchen is equipped with an oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave and the dining table comfortably seats 6. A separate guest cloakroom is also found on this floor.
Stairs lead to the first floor where all three bedrooms are located. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and the two twin bedrooms share a full family bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units for either cooling or heating*. A safety deposit box is provided, and a baby cot and highchair are available on request.
Outside each villa is an 8 metre x 4 metre private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas, table & chairs. A barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco on those warm summer evenings. The more energetic holidaymaker can take advantage of the on site private tennis court for which equipment can be hired from the reception.
Many additional services can be provided by reception including extra housekeeping, email/internet services, hairdressing, beauty/massage treatments, baby sitting, excursions and cruises (all at a supplement). With many years experience in the hotel industry the villa owners pride themselves on their attention to detail and warm hospitality and will do everything they can to make your stay as welcoming and memorable as possible.

The Larnaca District
Larnaca was once the main port of Cyprus and the wealth still shows in some very beautiful and gracious buildings in the old town. Larnaca has a very interesting salt lake which in spring is pink with flamingos. Like Paphos and Limassol, Larnaca has developed into a busy resort with many hotels and apartments built on the beaches that stretch away from the town. The town is a very central spot on the island and an ideal base from which to visit Nicosia, Limassol, Protaras and Ayia Napa and even Paphos which is a two hour drive away along the excellent new motorway. Larnaca has a very traditional, palm fringed harbour promenade and a very large marina. There is a wealth of historical interest around the town including the church of St Lazarus, the Teke muslim shrine, Kiti church and the monastery of Stavrovouni.
Oroklini area
The villas are located on a private cul-de-sac in Oriklini village within walking distance of a selection of bars, restaurants and shopping facilities. Parts of the village have been restored to their original traditional style and with dining out being at the heart of village social life you can enjoy some of the fine rustic restaurants. The CTO beach at Oriklini is within a few minutes drive, Larnaca town centre is only a 15 minute drive away and Ayia Napa can be reached on the new motorway within 30 minutes.
