Fixed air conditioning/heating is provided in order to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout. The dining room and living room doors open directly onto the garden and pool. The kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances and culinary items needed for cooking, plus outdoor BBQ, should you wish to dine at home.

The Larnaca District
The island of Cyprus enjoys one of the best climates in the Mediterranean, with around 340 days of sunshine a year. Temperatures peak at about 30-33ºC, and in the coolest months dip to only around 19ºC on average. Incredibly, Cyprus is one of the few places in the world where you can bask on the beach, and then ski, all on the same day! Its coast is lined with golden sands and rocky coves, whilst the centre of the island is home to the Troodos mountain range, where you can explore pine forests, unspoilt mountain villages and beautiful valleys.
Larnaca Town is a buzzing cosmopolitan centre, with a unique selection of shops and stores, great restaurants and modern café culture. The attractions here are plentiful with concerts, festivals, exhibitions, musicals, leisure and conference facilities – ensuring a great day or night out to suit all tastes and lifestyles. Larnaca International airport is nearby, offering flights from/to many UK airports and an ever growing list of other European Cities.
Oroklini area
Oroklini is a typical Greek Cypriot village located just off the main coast road, about 10 minutes drive (6km) from Larnaca Town, with views of Larnaca Bay. The villa is a short walk away from a good choice of tavernas and restaurants where you can sample a colourful choice of Cypriot cuisine and locally produced wines, including the island’s famous Meze - a never ending array of around 25 dishes. There are small supermarkets to cater for your everyday needs, along with a doctor, dentist, bakery and pharmacy.
The nearby sandy beaches are home to a number of four star hotels, international restaurantsand a variety of water sports, including scuba diving. Cycling and walking are popular, especially in the hills, and the national parks. Close to the village is horse riding and a small golf club. There are go karts near Larnaca and an excellent water park within 30 minutes drive.

Further details indoors: The large, comfortable, open plan living room has TV, plus DVD player and patio doors leading to the privat pool, as has the dining room . There is a fully equipped spacious kitchen with quality appliances and all mod cons - washing machine, iron etc. are provided for your convenience. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en suite shower / WC. There are 2 further double bedrooms - all bedrooms have warm laminate flooring and are fully fitted with wall to ceiling wardrobes. There is a family bathroom upstairs and a separate downstairs WC. Full remote air conditioning / heating in all bedrooms and the living area. All bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided. Guests must supply their own beach towels. Weekly change of linen / towels.
Further details outdoors: Patio area with outdoor furniture and barbeque provide the perfect space for sunbathing and alfresco dining. The private swimming pool is fully maintained with the added benefit of an outdoor shower. Shrubs and colourful flower beds surround the area and a mixture of lighting features enhance the evening ambience.
