If you require a relaxing holiday in wonderful, sunny Cyprus, then this villa is the one to choose. There are two bedrooms downstairs, one has a double bed and en-suite facilities, the other has two large single beds and is adjacent to the family bathroom. Upstairs is the third bedroom, with two large single beds and an en-suite toilet/shower room. There are also two double sofa-beds in the lounge downstairs. The downstairs bedrooms have a view of the sea in the distance. Kitchen has all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, frappe maker and washing machine. In the lounge area are comfortable sofas, Sky TV (many Sky channels plus children's package), DVD player, CD/radio mini hi-fi. The villa is fully air-conditioned/heating throughout.
Private swimming pool (8m x 4m) with sun loungers and patio table, chairs and umbrellas provided. There is also a poolside shower. When furnishing and equipping the villa, the owners have tried to think of everything that you would want to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
The main area of Orkolini offers a range of shops, inlcuding a 24 hour bakery, a supermarket, a bank, a chemist, an animal range with horse and donkey rides and even go-karting. The village also boasts a range of fine tavernas. A five minute drive away you will find the beaches which have been endowed with the internationally recognised Blue Flag Award. Larnaca town centre is 10 minutes away by car, with its promenade and marina. Ayia Napa is 20 minutes by car, where you will find a variety of nightlife. Nicosia, the capital city and still divided since the 1974 invasion, is a 30-40 minutes drive.

The Larnaca District
Oroklini is in a valley extending down to one of the most beautiful local coastlines, with hills of protected nature preserved behind as a backdrop is the village of Oroklini (Voroklini). It is only 10 km from the international airport, situated in the north-east of Larnaca district. You will have the opportunity to get a taste of the hospitality and culture of a traditional Cypriot village with Oroklini's taverns playing characteristic Greek tunes and its narrow streets in this peaceful area which is placid, quiet and colourful with wonderful beaches and sandy bays. This is undoubtedly the best way to experience the fun loving Cypriots’ authentic way of life, customs and rich traditions. Historically, Oroklini is described as "an ancient village marked on old maps by a number of roughly-built, deserted chapels in the nearby areas next to a mountainside” and appears as "Voroklini" on Venetian maps. With a population of approximately 2000, Oroklini village has all the amenities of essential stores such as green grocers, pharmacists, supermarkets, bakers and butchers. It boasts a number of take-aways and cafes and excellent restaurants. There are three churches, a primary school and Two Banks.
