A lovely sea view apartment, ideal for couples and family, enjoying a spectacular mountain and sea view. Situated in an excellent location on the second floor in a lovely complex with a communal swimming pool, away from traffic yet only metres from amenities and beaches.
The apartment benefits from hot and cold air conditioning, a modern open plan kitchen and a fully furnished living room that includes a coffee table, television, cd player and leather suite. Sliding glass patio doors leading to a large balcony. There are unrestricted views from the balcony to the sea and surrounding countryside.
For wheelchair users, or those who find it difficult to walk up the flight of stairs there is an elevator available. The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, ceramic hob with cooker hood cover, microwave, refrigerator with ice box, washing machine, kettle and toaster. There is also an iron and ironing board. The fully equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c. and wash basin with mirror. The two bedrooms, has twin bed beds with individual bedside lights and cabinets inbuilt large fitted wardrobe.
For your own safety a smoke alarm has been installed. The property also has its own secure parking and main entrance control for your peace of mind.

The Larnaca District
If you have been to Cyprus before, then you will know what it has to offer. For those who are visiting for the first time, you will have so much to discover. It is an Island that has 10 thousand years of history and the many civilizations that have passed through, have left their mark.
Today, Cyprus has a mixture of modern, old, European and cosmopolitan. You have the choice of days out to the mountain regions, with their fabulous views, ancient ruins among olive groves and vineyards, or visit traditional villages where you can eat at their local tavernas, or just relax on one of the many beautiful beaches on the island. Larnaca is only a short drive to all of what there is to see or do. The climate of Cyprus is what makes this island such a desirable destination. With the sun shining most of the year, you won’t want to stay indoors for long.
The town has a large sandy beach and is host to many tourist attractions without losing it's local character and charm. All facilities associated with a town such as a hospital, dentists, banks, supermarkets and a tourist information centre are established and readily available. For the children there is even a McDonalds, KFC and Pizza Hut. Larnaca fort and Agios Lazarus church are well worth a visit. The Cypriot people are most hospitable and English is widely spoken.
A 20 minute car ride from the apartment takes you to the exciting town of Ayia Napa where you can find a large variety of restaurants and night clubs. In Ayia Napa you can find the largest themed waterpark in Europe, "Waterworld". This multi award winning park consists of over 20 thrilling rides and attractions....definitely something not to be missed!
Less than 45 minutes drive away is Limassol, the second largest city, which is located in the southern part of Cyprus. It is one of the major tourist resorts in Cyprus and has the biggest port on the island. Limassol is also the wine-producing centre of the island. The surrounding country side is filled with acres rich with vineyards Twice each year, Limassol plays host of the two biggest festivals on the island, Carnival in early spring and The Wine Festival in late summer. Both festivals attract locals, as well as tourists from all over the world. Cyprus is known historically as the birthplace of Aphrodite, the goddess of love, the famous Aphrodite rock is in the Paphos area. It has all year round sunshine (average 340 days) and excellent sandy beaches and mountains, the latter offers the opportunity for skiing in the winter.
Oroklini area
Oroklini is situtated 10 miutes drive on the outskirts of Larnaca. Modern but still retaining its Greek atmosphere making it especially suitable for couples and families. The main area of Oroklini offers 24 hour bakery, a range of shops, a bank, supermarket, a chemist, a farm and go karting facilities. The village also has taverns, restaurants, taxi services, cafes, hair dressers and beauty treatment shops, dance and exercise classes, dive shack, property developers, UPVC door and window products, skilled tradesmen, laundry, carpet and upholstery, shoe repairs. Five minutes drive from Oroklini is the main road which offers both daytime activities such as diving trips, bars and taverns, blue flag beach, nightlife. Oroklini is easily accessible to the motorway which is close to Larnaca and 20 minutes drive to Ayia Napa, one hour drive to Nicosia and forty five minutes drive to Limassol.
Long, warm and dry summers from Mid -may to mid October with temperatures ranging from 21-34* reaching up to 40* c, with a pleasant flow of sea breeze. Coldest months is between 7 and 15* C with rainy season between December to February.

The apartment is a 20 minute drive from Larnaca airport. There are numerous car hire companies or taxis that are available at the airport.
